Listen to my story. I bought a ptz 4-zoom camera from these guys and installed it in my back yard. Installation and setup took a little time and after connecting to my DVR I was pleased with the quality of the video. Three months later, this camera suddenly stopped working. It's the rainy season in Florida. There were thunderstorms every night. I was very upset. When I sent my first email to the seller about my problem, I did not really hope that there would be any help and thought that I had lost my money. After I contacted the seller and told about these problems, technical support tried to remotely find the cause of the breakdown. After we couldn't find the reason, the seller sent me a replacement for free with all the instructions. After that, I ordered two more cameras from them. I recommend this seller to everyone.

Works well but not fully operational with my lorex nvr. I was looking to buy 1-2 more but wanted to try 1 first to see how they work. I can pan tilt zoom directly from hard drive but no zoom via app and I’m not able to set a tour or auto pan with the lorex settings. I can set a preset but not as easy. It also loads on screen a few seconds slower than the other lorex cams when switching cams. It has it own font for the time and camera name that can’t be changed or edited in lorex settings it seems. Night vision works great but I’m use to the color night vision lorex offers so bothers my ocd. Great cam but lacking fully integrated features and settings from lorex. I think I’ll get the more expensive 2k lorex ptz cams to get a better experience.

This is a really good camera at a great price/ easy to install.. I’ve spent the past 3 months figuring out which PTZ camera to buy, researching many different cameras, and decided to give this one a try since the price was really good…. took me about 15 min to install and it was up and running.. I have 8 other IP cameras that only allow digital zoom, (basically it zooms by stretching the pixels, farther you zoom the more blurry the picture becomes) the optical zoom on this camera was surprisingly very impressive. Images are crystal clear even on full zoom, camera allows for 360 degree viewing, also can rotate viewing angle directly down, all controlled by my phone, tablet, or NVR unit. I live in Florida where humidity is high, no issues on lens becoming fogged.. Night mode works great, can’t say enough good things about the optical zoom, when you compare the price to other PTZ cameras especially dahua and Hikvision (friend of mine owns a PTZ Hikvision camera and was impressed enough with this camera he ordered one himself) you can’t go wrong here in my opinion.Cheers…

This is a high quality PTZ outdoor camera that delivers an excellent image and nice features for a very reasonable price.I especially like the long zoom range - combined with the high-resolution sensor, it lets me zoom in to catch details that my other cameras can't match. (the two photos show the same scene, at the widest and tightest zoom settings.)The seller (Geoker) was very helpful. I had an initial problem getting the camera set up. They reached out right way and sent me a replacement camera promptly. The new one is great.A technical note:- be sure your POE injector or switch can supply adequate power. This camera needs 25 watts, and some supplies can't do that.

Very impressed of the camera build quality and clarity of video from mobile phone view, tablet, and when I view on my 65 inch big screen tv if your NVR is connected to it. . The camera frame is made out of strong metal, looks like it will hold up well in weather. Smooth pan tilt function for viewing all angles. Had a technical question and received very quick reply for support via email. Quick easy install within 15 min and recording video. Audio recording capabilities if you decide you want to use that feature. I own a Dahua camera, which is roughly 2-3 times more money, I see same clarity side by side. Will be buying 1 more of these cameras once I run more cat 5 wire to the area needed. No complaints here.

After a short period of use the camera's Panning feature had problems. Sophie's support team immediately tested the camera remotely and determined it to be faulty. Within a couple days a new camera showed-up at my door. This kind of support makes it easy to do business with this seller because I know they will help me if I need it, and stand behind their products after I buy them.

upon taking this camera out of the box i was excited by its build quality. but that is where the excitement ended. it was almost impossible to actually connect to the camera. they give you two options of software that allows to you change the default IP address. the one that is part of hikvision does not work at all so don't bother. the other one is downloaded and is immediately flagged for malicious program. i took the leap and ran it anyway. it actually worked. granted it was a very non user friendly experience where you need to know quite a lot about your home network. id say about 10% of people actually do know this info or where to get it. the software that they say to use is absolutely terrible. however it is Hikvision compatible..... if you don't mind it lagging to the point where operating the PTZ function is almost pointless. pan left , sure how about forever left. pan right, no problem a full 360 is good right?... no. and beyond that the dome itself makes it very difficult to see through during the day and even worse at night. the zoom function works but it seems like there may have been an assembly issue. it zooms and moves over to the side and then back as it moves in and out. overall a pretty bad experience and I would not recommend this to anyone.

This camera arrived on time and was well packaged. It works nicely with MotionEye software on Ubuntu Linux, very easy to configure after a bit of a learning curve. Image quality and resolution are excellent. I would buy this again if I needed another.

Camera worked reasonably well for a year.. then while slewing left and right.. it no longer stops, it keeps moving past where I want it to stop, and continues until it reaches the next hard stop. I then press the opposite direction.. and it slews all the way to the next hard stop.. 359 degrees.. So annoying.
