Easy to use very nice product

I kept puting off getting a lifting belt because I didn't think I really needed one. My back feels so much better since I started using this lifting belt. My trainer recommended this one and I saw multiple people also using it in the gym. I love the double adjustment feature.

This is the best belt I have ever used. I tried some other belts in a local store, but they were of lesser quality and poor fit. This is made in the USA and delivers as advertised. I only use it for my heaviest lifts or when I need the extra support. Don't be that guy who puts it on in the parking lot and wears it during your whole workout.

The belt works great and definitely helps your posture while doing dead lifts and squats.

I loved the belt but for the price I paid to see thw velcro not stitched in the middle where I out thw tissue is beyond me, I was upset and I was going to take my business elsewhere, I would have emailed them but I've done that before with other purchases and last one wasn't so good, and it makes sense because they are no longer on amozon, I would say if you buy... inspect the hell out of your belt to make sure every single little stitch is perfect... after all, made in America means the people that made it got paid to make a quality product and that's what I expect. So I got a refund and ordered anotherone..another one... if that one is bad I will email them and update post

The belt is ok. My big complaint is the stitching is already coming up after only a few weeks of use. You might want to look for a belt with holes over velcro.

Great belt. I have the 4 3/4 belt and this was for my husband. Both love it!

If you lift (anything), you have to use a belt, and this is the best.
