I bought this product noting that it has return clause, after it reached i realised it is not at all serving the purpose or helping in my cervical pain so I marked the return, however the return never happened i enquired on Amazon help and was advised to cancel return and re mark return , but as. Cancelled my initial return it did not allow me to mark return again. And this usless item is lying with me . It is hard for neck , does not give any support , infact inflates the cervical pain . Not a buy for sure

It’s too soft, not firm enough for the neck. It didn’t feel like memory foam. It feels like ordinary foam.
