Not just history enthusiasts… this book is a must read for all Indians. The way it starts with Rig Veda to why this land is called Bharat and then to the very very interesting history of land and seas. You could finish both books in one day each… that interesting.However my earlier conclusion that there was no entity called India before 1947 and that is why one dynasty kept supporting the outsiders (first Mughals and the British) against another Indian ruler….. got strengthened after reading the book. But that’s my opinion!!
