In comparison to the standard q tips brand: these Clean Skin Club swabs have a slightly shorter, thinner but stronger stick, made of bamboo not paper. The cotton is woven tighter, which is a huge plus. The box is actually practical in every way, taking up less space, being easier to open, and even aesthetically pleasing with a clean print design and simple shape. Plus, it doesn't use plastic or have that giant extra paper panel to make it look like it's bigger than it is (QTips, the only ones you're fooling are yourselves!It's 2024 and you have yet to redesign the packaging that's been wasting your own pennies this whole time).And of course, the key feature that stands out about these CSC swabs is the one pointy head... I was worried this would mean I'd only use half of it efficiently to clean my ears (the standard round head) but came to find out having the two shapes is ideal and I've been missing out on the pointy end this whole time. The pointy tip is great for cleaning in that little fold at the top of the ear lobe.As others say, the extra shape is also good for beauty purposes too like manicures and makeup uses, and I'm sure cleaning small details in other areas.Although from a consumer standpoint it still feels a little over-price, I'm not sure I'll be going back to the regular stuff anymore. Despite being about 2x the price, I absolutely see the value in spending a few extra bucks for the quality, efficiency, and sustainability of this everyday-use item. So between the tighter cotton spin, the surprisingly useful extra shape, a practical box design, AND being a product with ecological values, this brand has gained a loyal customer.TLDR:All around a better product than the standard brand with tighter-spun heads, a stronger stick, better box, and two useful head shapes.Zero cons other than the higher price.

These are perfect for makeup cleanup, nails, etc. the pointy end can clean up eyeliner or nail Polish with precision. The round end is used for all other cotton swab applications. I don’t like super soft swabs because the cotton feels like it’s going to come off, and they can leave fibers behind that get in your eye. These are durable and don’t have any of these issues! The fibers are wound tightly. We’ve ordered several boxes already. Well worth the money, except my teen daughter goes through them obsessively!

The q-tips get the job done. Nothing to complain about there. But the box is not realistic for storing them in. Once you have it open and you take one out all of them just want to fall right out.

Looking for an alternative to the most popular brand of swab for makeup application and ear cleaning, I took a chance on the Clean Skin Club swabs. I opened the box and was pleasantly surprised by the sturdiness of the stick and the tight weave of the cotton. No weird cotton fibers on these babies. The fact that they're biodegradable is a huge bonus. I'm never going back to the other brand (which has a bad rating on the No Thanks app). Now that I know about these beauties, how could I settle for less?

Since I have been using the disposable cloths from the Clean Skin Club, I have noticed a big difference in my skin. My pores are smaller and I have rare if any break outs. I love the product and will continue using it.

I love the fact that this is organic, but I'm not impressed with one end, which is so pointy I'm scared to put it into my ear!
