Wow - What a service from the seller. I Had a few questions and they were all answered within 24 hours. The Sign is perfect and I Love it. Value for money is outstanding and worth every penny but 100% helps when you have questions and you get prompt answers .the height is around 15cm. I'd Also recommend the remote if you can as it gives you loads of different modes & looks fantastic...very happy!

Service was brilliant and as is the product. I got one that works on battery, but as it's a usb you can plug into a standard phone style adapter so it's brilliant. I thought as it was cheap it would overheat but it doesn't at all, it remains cool when I leave it on for a few hours.

These are pricey for what they are but they are good

This product never worked, I tried to contact the company received no answer, tried switching the wires also never worked.

After searching for an affordable sign for my sons game room I found this, personalised it and it’s honestly the best thing I’ve ever bought. Brilliant price and quality and it arrived quite quickly especially for coming from the other side of the world

On the positive side the product is well constructed and arrived from china in 17 days , Not bad going . Overall I am pleased with the product . However , I ordered a rectangle backboard with round corners . The product arrived with the backboard cut to shape around the letters . My intention was to frame the sign , this is now not possible . Would be such a fuss to return the item to china to amend this issue . . .
