I originally like the litter box because you could take out the tray. I do still like the tray though sometimes it doesn’t go into the right groove and then it gets stuck and you can’t empty the contents very fast at that rate. Plus the grids get really dirty on the underside and tough to clean. The water bottle is great. No problems with the shovel. In theory the bag that holds the hay it’s good. Though it only took two weeks till it was all torn up. The holes in the bag are too big and it is extremely chewable for a bunny.If the holes were smaller so that so much he didn’t get out and the bag was more sturdy it would be nice. Other than that after two weeks it was useless.

The price is very good for all the 5 items. Especially the litter box, very good quality. I was a little worried before buying it because of little review. Now I’m very glad I made this order. I saw the separate items from other sellers are more pricy. Also I like the size of the litter box- the drawer can be removed from the cage door. The cons are that the hay bag has a little plastic smell, and the water feeder can only be set to one direction. In general, I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

My sweet bunny loves his litter box and hay pack but the water dispenser does not work. It does not dispense the water. I have to go squeeze it over and order for it to dispense. Would have been nice to have directions on how to get it to work. That's why I rated this a 4.

Litterbox is tiny. Wouldn't recommend. Hay holder was cool and works well.

Our rabbit is so messy and this litter box is amazing! She’s 11 yrs old and took to it right away. It’s so easy to pull out the litter pan and get rid of the junk. The liners don’t help so I don’t use them. She’ll chew right thru them. The water bottle is easy to use and refill. Love the Tim Hay bag…she loves that too! And ofCourse the brush/dustpan is a bonus!
