Updated Review03/16/2022 - Replacement ProductOn the contrary to my original review, my replacement product was actually "Brand New".The product itself came in the original packaging with the sealed sticker to be placed fresh and neatly, the box has little to no damage (assuming it's from the delivery) and almost No Wax was pouring out from the sides! The consistency of the wax is great for beginners and as a small kit with fast drying strips, i think with the proper technique surgaring would be relatively simple with some practice; For this reason as to why I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars not only from the quality of the product to the speedy replacement.03/14/2022 - Original ReviewThis is my second time trying to submit a review on this product; this product is clearly used! The shipping packaging came in fine but once I opened it the actual product was completely open! The maple wax was spilling out of the container, the box was ripped on some sides and you can tell the sticker that seals the product has finger prints/dirt on it. How is this not an issue???

I used this product specifically to do my own Brazilian, I like the product. I think it could be very messy if not handled right. This was my first time using any type of wax and for me it was messy but with practice I know it’ll get easier. It was messy of course to me because this was my first time using it. To me I didn’t think it had a scent, I will definitely buy again.

Didn't hurt nearly as much as I expected, and was very effective. But ultimately I went to a laser hair remover for a longer-term solution. It smells nice, but it is very, very messy -- put a towel or spare sheets down first, and have a work surface nearby that can be easily cleaned, and expect to spend a while later with warm water.

The product seal was open when I received the item. Not sure if that made the issue or if the product is just naturally this awful. I followed the instructions exactly, even looked up YouTube videos on the product to make sure I applied correctly. It was terribly painful to apply. It would not go on smoothly, had to use force to keep it on the skin. I wish the application was better because I feel like the product would be good otherwise. Severe irritation and pain because of the difficulty applying the wax to my skin.

So easy to clean up. This is way less painful that regular wax. I love it.

This hurt more than every traditional waxing. The sticky texture snagged at my hair and I had such a hard time getting even coverage or hair removal. It smelled great but that was really the only good thing about it. If you want to get rid of hair, I’d just use regular wax or shave.

I saw someone on tiktok recommend this product and I was skeptical as to whether I could do my own brazilian, but my waxer uses sugar wax and it's way less painful that hard wax, so I thought I'd give it a shot. And it was actually significantly less painful than having someone else do it. Would absolutely 100% recommend
