100 Black Wire 18 Standard Shirt Hangers 14.5 Gauge ...

I bought these as the cheapest way to get a uniform looking, chic closet. These are thinner than the black wire hangers I bought from Walmart but Walmarts version is hard to find (which is a shame because they were about 10 cents per hanger). These will bend if you hang something across the bottom part but they are fine for hanging shirts. I still use wooden hangers for heavy jackets. I also glued felt patches on a few of these so tank tops will not slip.

The wires are thin, and the hanger does feel flimsy. However, I have hung garments on the hanger without issue. I have not tried piling on a bunch on one hanger, and the heaviest garment I put on the hanger was a rather thick hooded sweatshirt. The hangers are (relatively) cheap however, so if one breaks or bends, you aren't out much.Also the hangers are a bit wider than the typical wire hangers you might get from the dry cleaners or something.The black coating does seem to come off a little more easily than I'd prefer, but not very badly. The coating is very thin. If anyone is using these for crafts, the coating is on the wire itself, not the hanger, so the twisted portion of the hanger is not coated as a twist (if that makes sense at all).

I ordered these hangers mainly because I had a ton of old thick pink/plastic hangers I have wanted to get rid of for some time now. The price for these hangers I would say is okay. They are more thin than the wire hangers you get at wal-mart (the white ones). These hangers are definitely not for jackets, but I am able to hang up thick sweaters without them bending to badly.

Yes, these hangers are thin and lightweight but make really good, space-saving hangers for my many t-shirt’s. I buy them only for that. Too thin and flimsy for much else.

18" black wire hangers 14.5 are thin and not good for anything but a light shirt...not a sweater or a coat. I originally bought them for making handles and hook hangers to put into baskets that I weave and the black chips and peels off if they are bent...not good!...so I tried a lightweight sweater and that does not work well. So if you have a lot of light weight shirts then I guess they would work.

They are very strong to be able to hold almost everything.

For wire hangers, these are actually sturdier and nicer than they needed to be for what I needed them for (a consignment sale). I might order them again if I find myself in a similar pinch (really needing hangers at a busy time when going from store to store hunting for hangers just isn't going to fit into my schedule); however, I am pretty sure that you can get wire hangers significantly cheaper in certain stores. Still, these were a great price compared to other options I could find online, which I think has to do with the cost of shipping a small batch of hangers like this.

I was very disappointed in this product. when I realized that the hangers were not covered in plastic and cheaper made than what I could get at the dry cleaners, they wanted to charge me 10+$ to return them. Sad deal!!!
