I have two of these, the first one is excellent, does everything as described. It was so wonderful I purchased a new one (only months apart) for my second child. The backup battery in the second machine does not work - which is very disappointing as it was a function that I used often.

Machine worked great for a few months, stopped working so decided to order a new one for my son. When I received the new one, I realized it had a one year warranty on it so I wrote to the company about the machine that crapped our on us. Wrote to them twice with no reply. So much for a one year warranty. 🙄 When we received the second one I ordered, it turned on but only when plugged in so the 24 hour charge it is supposed to hold didn't work. One day later it wouldn't work plugged in either. Not impressed.

Ordered this machine, received promptly. Used a couple times and found the charge cord could not connect to the machine to achieve a charge. Upon contact with the company they saw the issue and were quick to offer a replacement, which was received much faster than expected and works perfectly. We love the night lights and different sound options and it’s great for travel / camping to keep sounds the same. Would definitely purchase another unit and recommend to others.

The unit has some nice features, like a variety of timed noise options and sound levels as well as colourful lights that can be dimmed. My unit developed a problem, and the user manual directed me to contact customer service. They were extremely prompt and helpful. A replacement unit arrived quickly and it is working perfectly.

iv only had this for about 7 months and the timer button keeps blinking and turning off. if tried unplugging it, letting the battery die and recharging it, going through the timer options. nothing has worked. junk.
