These insoles provide arch support and all day comfort for 8hrs of working and walking in steel toe boots across loose ballast rock. Working in some of the most demanding conditions on a person’s knees and back, I was looking for maximum comfort during the day to remove the heat and paint felt in my knees at night. These insoles provide comfort and relinquish a significant amount of stress that I previously felt on my knees and lower back.

These were cheaper than the SuperFeet insoles my podiatrist recommended, so I took a chance on them. So far, so good! I have flat feet and these offer excellent arch support, which is just what I needed. I have to do a lot of walking for my job, so these have been a relief. I wear a men's size 9.5 and to my surprise, the insoles fit PERFECTLY inside my shoes without any trimming, so that's a nice bonus.The only gripe I have about these, and it's a very minor one, is that they will *absolutely* give you the dreaded insole squeak when you walk.To take care of that, you can either rub a candle around the outer cup of the heel and the sides of the insole, or you can use something like a sanding block (220-300 grit) and sand down the sides and cup of the heel. Once you do that, they're perfectly quiet.

I love these! Almost Dr.Scholls level! Amazing cushioning and adjustable supports, it slowly forms to your foot after you've established a pattern. While I'm on concrete all day, it truly maximizes my comfort level.

I previously purchased this item a couple years ago, along with several other insoles in search of just that one that would fit. Here’s what I learned:- These have and support high arches. For my feet, particularly for shoes that may have flat inside soles, these are great.- I have shoes that have varying base insoles. These insoles do not fit each pair of shoes based on the height of their existing insoles.- For my Salomon hiking shoes, these were perfect. For my Ecco black and white dress/day shoes, the arch height was too high and I couldn’t fit my feet in them.Bottom line: if you have high arches (as I finally, after 50 years, have learned), these will be great. But check your shoes. These insoles may not be the best fit across the board.

They are comfortable, and are well padded. I wore them shopping first time out and my ankle didn't bother me at all.

I was very hopeful these would work for me, but the inserts pinched my foot in the arch area and were very uncomfortable after just a few minutes of trying them. They also tipped my foot forward, like I was wearing heels and put pressure on my toes. The quality is excellent but the fit for me was horrible.

Nothing i didn't like. I work on cement all day been very comfortable.

Works wonders when on my feet 12 hours a day.

Have ordered 4 pairs of these insoles in a short period of time. They offer good solid arch support and yet are very comfortable and softer than some other insoles I've used. All round am very pleased and will recommend these to others.

Brinda buen soporte al arco, ayuda a disminuir el dolor de talón. Se adaptan fácilmente al zapato. El costo puede ser elevado, pero en costo beneficio es positivo.
