I really like it!
I got this to drink during my dance classes as I was feeling muscle pain after each class.Trialed this now 3 classes in a row and think its helping as not seeing as much pain so must be helping with the recovery process.The taste is nice, however you can taste the fact its something to help rather then a sweet tasting drink!I love it though so I would defo recomend!!
