The Dom Identity

Impeccably written romance
No plot spoilersNo potential triggersThere are no grammatical or editorial errors that I can recallThe characterisation is absolutely perfect, with individual personalities that allow the reader to form a connection. The plotline is twisty and utterly entertaining. For fans of the Masters and Mercenaries series, this is the continuation, with some of the younger characters aging up. This book is all about Michael Malone and his other half, Vanessa.Michael has always been a favourite of mine, and we have waited years for his story. It does not disappoint. There is a little BDSM, a little sex and some swearing.I did find it took me a while to relax into the story, mostly I think because the characters are new, although there is plenty of Ian and Julian written in.It's always nice to revisit old friends, and I adore the M&M books, but more than that, Lexi Blake weaves a romance like no other.

Still going strong
I'm not sure how she keeps doing this, I'm just glad she is.Just when you think someone isn't getting their happy ending or just deserts Lexi makes it right. Just finished my first full read through in time for the new story on the 16th.

Guilty pleasure
Love the books by Lexi Blake and I prefer these regular stories rather than the lost boys. What's not to love all the older, regular characters and hot stuff. However, for a lifestyle based on communication they are all insanely bad at it.
