Beach Camera customer service were the real stars of this purchase. The diligence and communications during the period necessary to straighten out MY mistake was above and beyond. Not only did they work out our little issue, but they did it with professionalism. Thanks Dana. My picture speaks to the fantastic look this TV brings to a home (and the TV's picture is incredible). Sounds a little over the top, but thanks to Samsung, and Beach Camera for making all of this a great reality.

Love the matte finish on the screen and works perfectly in the living room where a big black square on the wall just wouldn’t cut it! Wish the app (additional price) included more western art but it is what it is. Happy with purchase.

I have only had my Samsung 65” Frame TV for 15 months and it quit working. I have taken all the suggested steps from the “support” group and finally reset it. Now it won’t turn on at all. Moral of the story is just buy a less expensive product and replace it. I could buy 5 new TVs for what paid for this one. Companies care only about the sale.

So far the tv is great but kind of loses the whole illusion when you don’t have the frame piece which we have yet to receive and is essentially why you pay a premium on this tv “for the look”….. maybe I’ll update if we actually are sent it. **UPDATE** the company responded quickly and the frame was already on the way just took a few extra days. TV looks great! We ordered the Teak Modern frame.

Somewhat confusing to use at first, if you aren't already set up with smart apps, alexa, smart things, etc. But once it was set up and hung on the wall, it looks and works like a charm. Beautiful! Really does look like a framed picture on the wall.

Even though we had to put the control box in a closet. It seems to work incredibly well.

The media could not be loaded. Tv was bulging and not straight for some reason you can see in the video. It’s working as expected though and looks nice on the wall.

This Samsung 65” Frame TV is amazing! Everything I wanted and needed for my Living Room. I love choosing the different art works, and the picture quality is better than I expected. TV remote is quick and responsive when navigating through the menu. It’s a bit pricey, but you will be happy you bought the Frame TV.
