My son loves the watch he wanted a watch he could connect to his phone amd watch his steps heart beat and all. It is good for its price

Construction isn't practical. The charging port is on the tracker,you must remove half of the band and plug the tracker directly into the power charger.After numerous times of doing this (to keep it charged) the charging end broke off into the band. The concept is good,the material it's made with can't support the repeated removal in order to charge. Sadly, it only lasted us less than 2 months.It was a nice size for my 10 yo,the app was easy to use,he loved it....until it broke.

Wanted to buy it for my 6 year old son, but the watch head was so long that it fight weird on his wrist. This sizing is ranged more toward adults.

Edit #2: The company told me that if I wanted a refund I had to change my review from 4 to 5 stars. I did NOT comply because it is not a 5-star product in my opinion. Honestly, I was being generous to give them 4-stars! They would not reimburse me. So, the buyer be aware!Edit: The company reached out to let me know they are working with manufacturers to remedy this problem. Also, they are providing an option to replace or refund which I appreciate. Honestly, the watch was very nice and my son loved it while he got to use it. I would be willing to use this product again.Bought this for my son's birthday. First disappointment, it took 15 days to arrive so my son didn't get it on his birthday. Second, and biggest disappointment, it broke two days later. He is seven years old and tried to take off the band to charge it. He may have not been extremely gentle, but he was not rough with it. Now it's useless.Ended up buying him a new Fitbit brand watch that has a charger! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT FOR KIDS, or adults for that matter. It is poorly designed and does not hold up well.By the way, the battery ran out in two days. I would say that is a poor battery life on a fitness tracker watch.Don't waste your money. Yes, it's cheaper, but in the long run, it will just cost you.

7 yr. old grandson had a lot of fun walking/running around house/yard after opening as a stocking stuffer for Christmas. However, it broke the first day he returned home. I was embarrassed to give such a cheap gift that it broke.

It was great while it worked. After 3 weeks it just stopped working and wouldn't take a charge.

Everything seemed fine right out of the box. Yet after reading the instructions and an hour later the screen blacked out. It took 2 hrs to get the screen to come back on. A couple hours passed and it blacked out again. More of a hassle and plenty of better watches out there.

We gifted this for Christmas and had a very disappointed little boy when the watch did not work at all. We thought maybe it needed a charge, however after 2 days it still does not work. Do not recommend.
