Auto ignition is not working for all individual knobs
Auto inginition of all individual knobs are not workjng only one knob is sparking rest of two are not working.

Never buy a Kutchina Product- Very poor service
I called up Kutchina customer care and requested service of my hob (3 burner and chimney). The customer care representative informed that they have a new rule that unless the serial number of the machine is informed they will not be able to register the complain. I asked him where is the serial number mentioned (as I have the bill which does not mention the serial number). He said serial number is mentioned on a sticker on the body of the hob and chimney. After 2 years of use obviously the sticker will not remain. But he raised his hand that he will not be able to take the service request without serial number. Very poor show. Never buy a Kutchina.
