It's very helpful for training
It is really a good helper for training. The rope is very elastic and the quality is very good, which is very helpful for training. I have made great progress and it is very convenient to use, very good.

Good for rep work.
Really good. But as an adult you can't go all out when it is filled with water. I move the base when I hit it with real power. But it does help help a whole lot if you are having some trouble with ground strokes.

Not as good as I expected
I got this tennis trainer to help teach my 8-year-old daughter how to play tennis. I planned to use it in my back yard when I'm not able to take her to a court. But unfortunately the quality is not as good as I hoped. It comes with 3 balls, but if you hit the balls too hard, the string that you attach to each ball will come loose and you will have to attach it again. I do not expect these balls to last very long before I will have to throw the whole set away.If your children are true beginners and you just want to teach them how to hit the ball lightly, then this trainer can be useful. Or if you just want to work on volleys, it would be fine for that. But don't hit the balls very hard if you want it to last a while.

Seriously THE Worst Product ever. I am so very glad I ordered a cheaper version of this..horrible... honestly not even worth Returning!I gave it 1 star because it would not let me submit with one..

Best calorie burner tool. I like it.
This is good tennis practice and calorie burner tool. So far I love the tennis trainer. I only I like to say the ball hooks should be in a better position and supplier should add more balls into the package.
