As stated in the headline, I noticed significant water pressure loss. I believe its due to the diameter of the water hose. If this is a concern, I would suggest looking at a 5/8" retractable hose. I may look into the possibility of replacing the hose sometime in the future. But for what I'm using it (washing my car), I am leaving it alone till warranty runs out or product degradation.The included Hose nozzle is all plastic and low quality but it works. This is a minor issue, I would suggest replacing with a higher quality nozzle with more patterns.Install was straight forward; I installed on block wall so I used masonry screws with washer (Tapcon screws) instead of the supplied screws and anchors.Overall, the convenience of not having to roll up your 100' hose makes it worth it.

Fortunately, I needed two of these one for the front and one for the back of my house. The only thing I would have done differently is gone for a three-quarter inch hose for better pressure. Otherwise, the system works very well.

So far, the product is great. Feels well built, looks good, retraction works as expected.Installation was relatively easy, except some confusing instructions, which say to use 12mm drill bit, while the illustration sais 10mm. I used 10mm and everything fit snuggly.

I have had this hose reel for 11 months now. I am very happy with this thing. Works great. Auto lock as you unwind the hose works great. Auto winding also works great. Doesn't wind up too fast or too slow. The hose has lasted just fine so far. As others pointed out that nozzle is cheaply made and didn't hold up very long but I won't knock off any review points because of that. Great product and a great price. I will be ordering another one for the backyard soon.

It claims to have a 1/2" hose,it does,outside dimensions! Look for a product that can handle a larger inside dimension hose, no pressure with this 1 !

I was surprised by the quality of the hose. Being rubber and not a plastic.

This came in yesterday and I immediately hung it. Over night the cheap hardware that it came with started to pull out of the wall. Since I formally did handyman work I decided to replace the the plastic anchors with proper mason anchors. The cost was about $2+ and my time to go buy them.Let’s be real. They should include the proper hardware, but the company wants to save a couple cents (what it would cost them to buy in bulk). This puts the burden on the consumer to either buy the right parts, if they have the know how and skill or to hire someone to install it.All that being said, it seems to be quality in most other places. The nozzle is not the best but who cares it works.Over all a “3” star item. I do recommend this IF you have the skill and knowledge to properly install it getting the right hardware for yourself

Very good quality, hose retraction is strong ! Definitely worth the price!
