I ordered 3 of these for a specific event and when I realized they were not going to arrive in time I tried to cancel. O was told o could not cancel becuase they had already been made. When I explained the situation they were shipped immediately so that they did arrive on time. Then the product and extras were better than expected !! There is nothing bad I can say as of now its just beautiful I just received them. The letters are exactly like shown in the example it has a nice weight and feel to it, chain is nice it's just amazing how they turned out just BEAUTIFUL I JUST HOPE IT WON'T TARNISH LIKE THEY PROMISED

i like this product the only problem i have is how long it tool to get here i ordered it in early February it got here earls march but it does give you a warning though

Haven’t worn it yet but I like the length and the monogram. Seems of good quality and the letters are clear, even, and a nice shape.
