Writing this review after consuming almost entirely. One thing I’d like to mention that I started this almost immediately after the ON pineapple BCAA so naturally there was some comparison. Didn’t like the pineapple flavor so much. Found it too sweet, and believe me when I say sweet coz I have a sweet tooth and love sweets. But added more water to balance it out.Now results- good results as far as workout intensity and endurance goes. If u lift better, u gain better (considering additional diet as well). I could add 2 more reps and maybe slightly more weight to my sets, and felt less drained and exhausted. This helped gain some muscle mass as well.Found it a little hard to digest so had to avoid having acidic stuff like citrus fruits etc before or after consuming this. So it worked out. If u’re a beginner I’d suggest starting with half a scoop maybe. Also although it says it has caffeine, I couldn’t actually feel that kick.All in all a good product. Will buy again. But different flavor. I’ve tried their protein (Frotein) in blueberry and that was really nice.

I loved the product and it is giving results which will you feel in weeks only and if you will talk about the taste it has many varieties with the litchi flavor to be the bestest one its a must buy product in my opinion for fitness freak .

BCAA has countless benefits for you especially for gym freaks. It enhances perfomance and is a best intra workout drink. This one is listed at a very reasonable price and the taste of this is really awesome. I liked it very much and would highly recommend it to everyone. Packaging was perfect and Delivery was timely.

Have been using it for quite some time . The taste is good. Tangy . Doesn't seem powdery like other bcaa. Helps u with your recovery and prevents u from muscle loss. Liked the product
