Requested a replacement after the unit failed to charge within the warranty period.Customer services advised on how to get a replacement which was to purchase another and then get a refund when I was happy with it.Excellent !!No problems, no hassle, straight forward communication and a great result.

Handy little powerpack!
This is the third one of these I've had over a few years. It makes the phone feel a lot more robust and it fits well in the hand. Each one I've had operates/performs slightly differently but as the iPhone battery deteriorates they all certainly prolong the life of the phone. The support leg is a bit flimsy so care is needed. It would help if it locked open as, well as closed!

Used this product for a few days how one small hiccup the phone didn’t recognise the case for some reason simple fix took the phone out and then simply put the phone back in, apart from that a quality item

Dead after 1 month
Product worked well for four weeks then stopped charging and therefore became redundant. Beware

Great case
Until I get my new iPhone I have been rotating through different battery cases the last year or so. This is sturdy and good - battery seems to charge well unlike others - only drawback is this case feels a lot heavier than others I have used.6 weeks or so in …. Doesn’t work lol

It gives me peace of mind when I’m out and about without a charger. Battery case’s charge lasts for several days despite being used on a frequent basis.

It works
I do like the design of the case.There are no unsightly humps and bumps as you see on other products. The battery capacity always gets me through the day.The only thing I will say is that the lightning port is the only weak point on this case.After a few uses, the socket becomes slightly loose.Apart from that, it is a good product, that is all there is to say.
