Two of these held a 98" x 40" sheet of steel over a set of windows through 80 MPH winds of Hurricane Irma. The 18 ga sheet was hinged at the top of the windows, like an awning, and two of these held the bottom tight against the steel window frame. There are a gazillion bar magnets offered on Amazon, but after having bought some of the others, I can assure you that these are stronger per-piece than the 8-packs, 10-packs, etc. bar magnets that are sized in millimeters.

These magnets are top notch.. I bought them to attach a magnetic metal knife rack to me fridge. Holds my full set of Wusthoff chef knives plus a couple of extras. They are very strong! Yes, you need to be careful or get pinched. Packaged in a way that you don't need to worry about getting them apart. Arrived on time.

These magnets are super strong. So strong that they caught me by surprise when I let them get too close. It took me 5 minutes to pry them apart. I was surprised however that one of them cracked in two places when the slammed together due to their magnetic strength. I don't know if the cracking is a sign of how strong the magnet is or a sign of poor quality.

I purchased these to swipe over the carpet in my sewing room looking for pins and needles. Works very well in finding and seizing the pointy little things lurking to find their way into my foot!These magnets are very strong.

I would have given it 5 stars if it were dropped on a tile floor and didn't break. Be very careful with this. Not only is it strong, but if you're not careful and something slams into it from the force of it's pull, it might crack the magnet and break it. I ordered it again tho. That's how much I liked it.

Individually these are great magnets. Carefully remove the white divider, with a thin piece of plastic or wood. use a wooden table as your pivot point. Slowly. remove them.

I bought these for my niece so we could make homemade magnetic slime. They worked great for that, and that's all we used them for. These are super strong...probably stronger than you'd expect unless you're some kind of magnet expert. We ended up accidentally getting them stuck together and couldn't get them apart.

We were looking for magnets that could hold a heavier item like a calendar on a refrigerator.These are perfect for that. Very secure and strong hold.
