Not exactly what I pictured...
This binder looks nothing like the picture. It is much shorter and fits more like a very tight sports bra. It doesn’t reach the midsection in the slightest. And it actually rolls up under my boobs. It does reduce the appearance of your chest but it won’t look completely flat if you have big boobs. It gives you more of a barrel chested appearance or a uni-boob. Binders only really seem to work well if you’re built like a rail and have a small cup size. Good luck trying to find a nice fit if you’re big and got curves and rolls everywhere. Le sigh.

Very comforable
This binders biggest strength is that it is VERY comfortable. I've had this one for almost two years and it gets machine washed every week, and it has not gotten less comfortable. I wear it to work 5 days a week and it feels great. However, it doesn't bind great as a result. It's very stretchy and soft and this is the ONLY binder I would ever recommend sizing down on. It's great for the aforementioned work if you work a physical job like I do, or even if you're just going for comfort in general and you're gonna wear a hoodie or something. If your main issue is being FLAT, you are not going to be satisfied with this binder. but if you don't mind sacrificing a little for comfort or you want a backup, this is an excellent choice.

Fits Great, Awesome
This is my very first binder, I got it in Medium and I am about 5 ft 5 in, 170 lbs, bra size 38 D. I considered getting a large because most clothing I purchase has to be a L or XL, but ended up getting Medium because I wanted to be more sure it would actually make me look more flat-chested.Turns out Medium was perfect! I've read other people's complaints about how it rolls up or something, but I've got a good bit of chub on my waist and it doesn't roll up on me. It does good at creating the appearance of pecks rather than a perfect flat surface. I would advise wearing a loose t-shirt or flannel when wearing this though- especially if you're on the chubbier side like I am- if you're the sort to mind the underarm fat poking out.

Very comfortable!
I have boobs and don't like how they look. Sports bras and tight undershirts weren't doing it for me in terms of compression, so I decided to buy a binder. In the past any kind of bra has been suffocating for me. I was worried I wouldn't be able to handle a binder, so I chose these for their comfortable reputation.Pros: compared to my tightest sports bra (which is the right size) the binder is very comfortable and great for walking in. I was expecting so much worse after all I'd heard about binders and my own experiences with sports bras and regular bras. With my tightest sports bra, I feel claustrophobic, breathless, and trapped and I can't do any kind of exercise. With this, I felt like I was just wearing a tight undershirt. It's really comfortable overall, I can pull it on and off over my head and it feels great.Cons: If I'm not wearing the right clothing, it is still obvious I have boobs. That's probably a given if I'm staying on the safer side, though.I did find when pushing my boobs around inside the binder they'd ache afterward, but that was probably because I was pushing them around and stretching them.I also couldn't really gasp for air in a way that expanded my rib cage a ton. (I was gasping for air because I was walking quickly in cold air, and I have athsma. It was incredible that I was even able to walk quickly and feel pretty good while wearing something that flattened my chest.)it's super comfortable and does a ton considering that.

I really wanted to like this binder
When I first got it, it fit well enough that I had no issues. I’m not a large chested guy, I’d say a small C. So I bought the small and I didn’t have any issues getting it on. Seemed to flatten my chest fairly well, but not well enough for me to be in love with it.After wearing it around for a week (washed it a couple of times in between lol) I can honestly say I will not buy another of these binders. This one would be good as a First binder, or a backup binder, but for those of us who have been binding for a while it’s not really all that great. I noticed it compresses a lot like a high compression sports bra would. Nothing special. It kind of gave me a “uniboob” look even when I tried adjusting myself several ways. The material inside is T-shirt Jersey cotton material, so that’s nice, but the edges rub into my skin and hurt throughout the day. I find myself messing with it and drawing attention to the fact that I’m wearing it with my friends and coworkers. This binder would be best suited for people who are smaller chested. An A or at best a B.

It was soooooo much better. I can actually breathe in it without having ...
I use my moms amazon account because I don't always use amazon but I needed a new binder since I bruised my ribs with my old binder. I looked for a new one for 2 weeks and came across this one. I did the measurements and got it. i got it within 3 days and when I put it on and wore it for awhile, It was soooooo much better. I can actually breathe in it without having to take it off for an hour. I can bend over without hurting myself and my chest is well binded. I will definitely get a new one from here when this wares out. By the way, Im a transgender. my old binder didn't bind that well and it still showed my chest so i was very dysphoric and had to always wear huge sweaters over my clothes but now I don't have to and I'm so happy.

Solid binder.
This was my first binder I ever purchased (I'm transmasc) and it's very special to me. I got lots of use out of it, though I will say that it stretched out a lot faster than I thought it would. Also, I was a little chubby when I was wearing this, so the bottom would always roll up over my belly rolls, which was pretty annoying. I had other binders that did not have this problem. It shouldn't be an issue if you're slimmer, though, probably.

Bigger than traditional tri top but more comfy
Loved the feel of this compared to the traditional tri top but the fit is not as tight. The effect was more like a good sports bra, although admittedly more comfortable. I may try a size smaller than I normally wear on this. Although I think I’ll go for the full length as these tend to roll up if you don’t have a flat stomach.

Not worth your money
I'm transgender and have been using Underworks tri-top binders for a good 3 years. I've always been pleased with them until I purchased this one more recently. I was looking for 'Underworks Extreme Tri-Top Chest Binder Tank Top', not knowing that this is different to it as the photos used look exactly the same. Would probably suit anyone who is an A cup or smaller but any bigger than that and you'll need the "extreme" one. Wouldn't really recommend it to anybody though!
