The reviews for this item seem to be mixing up a variety of products. This review is for a 6' black flagpole with bracket to mount it to the wall of your house, with a union flag included.The bracket accepts the pole in two positions - horizontal, and 45 degrees. The bracket is made in alloy, with three M5 mounting holes. I had to file the flagpole hole in the bracket just a bit to get the pole to slip in nicely.The pole comes as 5 metal tubes, each about 14" long. The first section is plain at the base and with a male thread at the tip. The middle three sections have a female thread at one end and a male thread at the other end. The top section has a female thread at the bottom and a black finial at the top. The five sections screw together to make a secure 6' pole that fits into your bracket, with a thumbscrew in the bracket to hold the pole in securely.The whole thing is rather smart in painted black. Also supplied are two plastic collars with swivels and snap clips, to attach to your flag. The collars have a thumbscrew to tighten onto the pole in the position you want to match the short side of your flag. And also included is a lightweight polyester union flag with two brass grommets, about 5' x 3`, well printed and with bright colours.The whole thing is good enough quality. I've not had it for long so I cannot say how many winters of outdoor use it'd survive, but the pole and bracket are sturdy enough to do the job, and nicely finished.All in all, a great kit with flagpole, bracket, and flag.

Sizes OK on first 4poles but then sizes on last 2 reduced I guess it's to let flag move to direction of wind ?

Bought this to replace my old wooden flag pole which is quite heavy. No idea how robust this will be but it’s assembled in a minute or two and as light as can be. The flag that comes with is is a bit flimsy but for the money the kit is pretty good value for money

Easy to assemble and can be different lengths so adaptable for many settings and flag sizes

Easy to put together or change.I will use it to put a Flag out in memory of My Son.

Great for the garden only short but does the job and stone fixtures
