Bad delivery
Did not deliver into our house like I was promised. Did not put Legs on. THEY DROPPED IT IN A BIX ON A PALET OUTSIDE OUR HOUSE. It could have been stolen? My Baby sitter could not put in house by herself and we were not home till next day in pm to move. I had to pay a couple of teenagers to move in. I AM 60 and my husband is 68 and has bad knees and back. I was going to order a couch and 2 Chairs to match but I am seriously considering that now

Very impressed
I was really positively impressed with most everything about this product and the process to get it in my living room. The shipping date came up sooner than expected, it was packaged very well and came out of the box clean and like new as you would expect. I was nervous that the brown fabric would be (forgive me) the kind that you can't touch without feeling like you're running your fingers down a chalk-board, but this fabric is really good looking and feels soft to the touch. It is firm and quite comfortable to sit on! We love it and think it fits very well into our lake house and definitely would buy this product from from this supplier again!

Poor Stitching
One of the two back cushions had the seam come apart. Due to the location and the tapestry style front this year will continue to spread. We have had this love seat less than two months. Very poor quality for an $800 love seat. The company needs to contact me and replace it. The other one does not appear to have this defect so I will not knock them too hard for it pending they work to make this right.
