Easy to install, highly recommended.
Very easy to install, compared to 4-piece set - well worth the few extra dollars. No sealant required. Grab a flat-blade screwdriver before rolling under the car. With the mounting surfaces on the pan & underside of engine *completely* clean, screw the four plastic pins into the larger bolt holes in the corners. Finger-tight is fine, and they don't necessarily have to be screwed all the way down, just deep enough to be secure. Slide the gasket into place on the pins, and they hold it while you position the pan. Slide the pan into place on the pins, and they hold both while you start the first few bolts. Get a bolt started near all four corners, and the pins can be removed - you'll need that screwdriver, as the pan itself is now in the way of unscrewing the pins by hand. Get all the bolts started and then tighten them down a little at a time in a zig-zag/alternating pattern, working your way around several times. On Ford 289, the smaller bolts call for 7-9 lbs, and the four larger bolts call for 9-11 pounds. I used a torque wrench, but one online forum suggested using a socket on a straight extension, with no ratchet or handle of any kind, and when they're all hand-tight with just the extension, add a ratchet handle and tighten them all just a little bit more. It doesn't take much to get a good seal, and doesn't take much over-tightening to deform that seal to the point it will leak on you.

Good gasket
Nice quality gasket, the 4 installation pins were key to getting the pan back on without damage.

One piece gasket is only way to go
It's reusable as well. Felpro quality, well thought out for ease of installation

It works!
The first time I lifted the engine to put in new oil pan gaskets I used the (cheaper) cork version. For whatever reason, it failed. Within a week I lifted the engine again, replaced the cork (the end seal had slipped out of place) with the blue one piece. Three of the four "snap ups" worked well. It's worked well for two years now. I went back once and resnugged the bolts once. I'm going in soon to replace the rear main and will find out if it's reusable. I bought a new one just in case. // I took the old one out after two years of oil and heat and because of the bi-metal joint smears and corner dabs of right stuff it didn't survive the removal. After I put the new one in I woke up at 02:42 and couldn't remember if I tightened the oil siphon. Next morning I lifted the engine again and pulled the pan again, I had tightened the siphon. The gasket was easy to pull and then replace again. Six stars!

Just installed but havent tested for leaks yet
We installed the gasket on a 302 v8. Note, we had to remove the rear plastic guides to get the oil pan. Note we only remove the the crossmember support and the anti sway bar when we removed the oil pan. The guides are a great idea just doesnt work in my situation. however, we will let you know if it leaks.

Fel-Pro One Piece gasket Ford 302Ci
I replaced my oil OEM standard oil pump with this new Melling unit. Came with everything I needed, was simple to install. I advise priming the pump prior to installation. This was in a 1969 Ford Torino GT 302ci. I did not have to pull the distributor as I had pre-primed the pump prior to installation. Foe those who need instructions on this vehicle, simply drop the front sway bar and let it hang, loosen or remove the starter, remove the oil pan, install you parts and you are done. Can be done on the ground without a lift but having access to lift, as I did, makes it much easier. I used this one piece oil pan gasket, which was wonderful. Well worth the additional cost over a four piece gasket.

Pricey but easy install.
Easy enough install with engine in situ. Pricey compared to traditional but solid core and soft rubber outer seals nicely. I added some premium RTV at the main seal and timing case joints.
