A great upgrade from IKEA knives that I had never sharpened since buying them ~8 years ago in college. These are sharp, easy to clean, and beautiful. I keep them stored safely on a magnetic knife bar and clean them after every single use. I sharpen them monthly or so.

The handle feels smooth and very nice. The knife is also very light and super sharp. The blade feels sturdy and strong.

This knife is amazing, especially for the price. I've had it a few months now, and it's still unimaginably sharp. I have other knives, so it's not like it's getting used all day everyday, and I'm only using it at home, not commercially. I go back and forth between this one and my 20 year old Global, but right now, when I want a really nice cut, I go with this one. Can't wait to see how it sharpens. 5 stars for now though!!

This is as good as you hope it will be. You may never have had a knife this sharp - everything is so much easier. Just make sure that when you are scrubbing it, hold it in one hand and come at the blade from the back side with the scrubber, then switch hands so you can come at the other side of the blade from the back side too. Never come at this knife from the edge side. I am getting two more for holiday gifts.

Purchased for my uncle who is a Chef, he loves the knife. It is well made and very sharp. Highly recommend for anyone who knows their way around the kitchen with a professional knife.

This is the best kitchen knife i have ever owned, but it's also the most cautious I've ever had to be. it is worth the money. I would also recommend a sharpening device if you don't have one.
