Sulky 733-4106 Blendables Thread for Sewing, 500-Yard, Primaries

I was hoping for a larger spool, but it you have never used blendables for top stitching a quilt, you MUST try it. The colors change at different intervals, not every 8-12" like other variegated threads. It is a great product.

Got this thread to help hand sew a multi colored quilt. Great quality and worked great with my coloring

The thread is thick enough to show nicely without being too bulk to thread through a needle.

This thread is perfect for quilting, either by hand or by machine. It does not tangle easily and is a joy to work with, and it comes in a variety of color ways.

Had large blocks of color in my quilt and also blacks and grays and wanted my quilting to emphasize the colors.

It's nice thread to work with, but the colors are nowhere near as vibrant as they are shown to be here. I'd say that the colors are actually a very muted version of what's advertised.

I ran out of one that was similar to this and had been discontinued. This was a great substitute and you couldn't hardly tell the difference.

Very happy with the thread. It has a nice thickness and I had no problem using it in my project. I would have liked a photo of the variegation length when I was trying to decide if I wanted to purchase, so I uploaded my project as an example for others. I encountered no issues while using this thread.

Lovely thread that looks very pretty in my 1930s print quilt. Not too bright, just enough to bring out the lines of the quilting! The thread is very smooth and feeds evenly. The spool holds a LOT more thread than you'd expect; I only needed a small part of the second spool, on a twin size quilt with moderately heavy quilting (1-3" apart). I used it in both the top and bobbin threads, so if you used a different bobbin thread you could probably do the whole top with one spool.
