This product is from Eureka Forbes, so the brand counts and when need be the service center assurance is another aspect for me to select this one. I brought this for my parent, as they have difficulty to clean floor and we use extra help who comes once a week to clean the home. However the dust levels are really high, due to the house being on the road side, I procured this seeing the level of dust that accumulates in our home. Let us get to the advantages and disadvantagesAdvantages1) Rock solid build and well designed, the overall mop placement and design is easy for my parents to operate, even at 80 years. The servant helps in removing the cartridge and cleaning easily after a couple of round of training.2) The sensor is awesome and the detachable brust with an extra pair, mop pad - 02 nos, etc was really thoughtfulDisadvantages1) None, wish the manufacturer threw in an aaa battery (2 nos) as part of the packaging, this is to ensure that as a customer, we can trial it out. For the time being had been using the manual button to do the cleaning of the room.Thank you Amazon for giving 1500 rs off on a deal and express shipment. Eureka forbes for the well designed product and the service assurance centers close to home etc.Highly recommended.

If you are living alone or have a family in a way that you or you partner cannot clean your home at free will and at any time, this product is for you. Small sized mop is nothing more than a wet chappal. You cannot rely on mopping completely. Although brooming work is done magnificently by this robo. Remote control is somewhat regarding navigation. Robo doesnt detect all the obstacles too, Goes banging into those. Some of the obstacles are detected. But not all of those. Doesnt detect bed, sofa, door, almirah, humans and small sized items like chappal sandal shoes etc.. all in all.. great for nuclear busy families who cannot or do not want a maid. If you have smaller house, not for you. By the time you start, navigate and stop this machine, your house can be cleaned by you manually. Suitable for open and large spaces I must say as per my experience with the machine.

I purchased the iVac robotic vacuum cleaner a few months ago, and my experience has been highly disappointing. Initially, the product seemed promising, but it soon started emitting loud, annoying beeping sounds during charging. This issue significantly disrupted the household.Despite being within the warranty period, it took the service team two months to address my complaint. When they finally attended to it, the attendant was unprepared and had no solution. He had to escalate the issue to a higher authority, who then informed me that the model had been discontinued, even though there was still one month left on my warranty.The only advice given was to reboot the device, which did not resolve the problem. The service provided was inadequate and failed to offer any effective solutions. I am highly dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service experience. I would not recommend the iVac robotic vacuum cleaner to anyone due to its poor performance and the unhelpful response from Eureka Forbes.

Hi All,I am writting to let you know how this product helped me and my family in our busy schedule.First of all, I have not used similar products earlier and was not sure how it may perform. So thought of going for a budget product to be on the safer side, and Eureka forbes as a brand was the obvious choice. Once we started using the product, I was surprised to see how this cleans out the smallest dust particles which by a groom or a mop we cannot practically do. This is a must have to homes where there are small babies.The demo was arranged virtually on a zoom platform. The presentation by Ms. Priya was super easy to understand and she cleared the doubts we had.This is a basic product which does its job perfectly, next upgrade will be an advanced model which maps the home and which can be controlled using a smartphone.I will definitely recommend this.

I initially thought it would be fully automatic and zero effort needed. But, this one is not so smart. They say it has intelligent mapping feature. However, I don't think it has, as it keeps cleaning the same area again and again. It just has sensors to detect obstacles.Suction power of 600pa is decent for sucking dust. But strong dust can be a problem.You definitely need to spend time with it and guide it as sometimes it just gets lost. The mopping feature is a joke with a cloth stuck to the bottom. It cannot mop medium to strong dirts.For the price paid it is decent.If you want minimal effort with mapping features and strong suction, then this might not be the right one.I am using it as a cleaning device to reduce the frequency of my manual cleanings, and so it fits my case. I am also ok with spending some time with it by guiding it and help it do what I want. If you are ok to put in such effort from your side, go for it.

Firstly don't go by the product videos. It's not the solution to all your cleaning problems. You cannot replace a human being (house help) and you definitely cannot leave it on unsupervised.The product is great. It dry cleans quite well. I'm not too convinced about wet cleaning so I have stopped using that function.The biggest disappointment for me was that despite all the various modes, you need to ensure that you keep track of what the robot is doing else you'll realize that it hasn't cleaned half the room. Sometimes it goes to the same areas of the room and that's when the remote come in handy.This is basically a convenience for a quick floor cleaning as even with the remote and supervision it beats sweeping the room with a broom.
