Works great i had some wiring issues but after i solved that problem i got it fixed and worked amazing

I installed this on a 1997 Toyota RAV4. The stock radio still works but I wanted to set up hands free cell phone use in this car since it is my daily driver at the moment. I also wanted to be able to use turn by turn navigation with my cell phone and listen to my favorite radio station while driving. I have one of those devices that plugs into the cigarette lighter and connected to my old radio on 87.9 frequency while making a bluetooth connection to my phone. This allowed making hands free calls and voice navigation but limited my ability to listen to the radio.Installation: This car stereo comes with a wiring harness that has connectors on one end and nothing on the other end. I purchased an ISO radio installation harness that has plugs on both ends so I could connect this car stereo without cutting, stripping and connecting the provided wiring harness to the cars wiring harness.PRO: The bluetooth function works perfectly in BT mode. Hands free calling and turn by turn voice navigation work perfectly.Hands free calling works in TUNER mode. The call supersedes the radio signal until the call is complete.The tuner will scan and lock into any station that it finds.Sound quality is better than I expected for a cheap stereo.CON: I live in a mid major market that has a large number of radio stations. The factory stock radio in this car received all of them. This radio receives a maximum of 3 stations (The same 3 so far).It is only possible to scan for stations. It is not possible to manually tune in a station like I can on my old radio. This is important to me because scans sometimes skip over stations that can be tuned in by hand.In tuner mode hands free calling works but voice navigation does not. The system must be in BT mode for both to work.I purchased this item thinking that it would allow me the simple convenience of listening to my favorite radio station while enjoying hands free operation of the cell phone and turn by turn voice navigation without my phone having to leave my pocket. No such luck. I have to mount the phone on a dashboard mount to make the touch screen available and use it with stereo in BT (bluetooth) mode without benefit of FM radio which is only available in the TUNER mode. I would consider using a Garmin or some other GPS device for voice navigation when I need it so that I can pair my phone for calls while listening to the radio BUT the radio only receives 3 stations (not my favorite ones). I don't care about all the other features.I just want 3 simple things with a car stereo and I can't get them with this unit.

I spent a few hours setting up the system and it works, it has some annoying animations that I can't figure out how to disable and I don't know how to dim the unit or turn off the lights for night driving but this was an easy install for me even with little experience. It also has decent sound quality which is a plus

It was a good radio until it stopped reading any and all Bluetooth devices

i cant set the clock on stereo its suppose to have a digital clock so tell me how to do this cause i cant seem to get it and only can pick up 3 stations antenna has no settings on back to tune in to my area other than that its a piece of crap but then it was so cheap

We actually ended up installing this radio in our boat instead of the car because the sizing wasn't right for the car. It worked out beautifully. The installation was pretty basic and easy, just needed to follow the instructions. The instructions were clear and easy to read, so they were helpful. The sound is pretty fantastic too. It has Bluetooth compatibility so you can listen to music on your phone, which is nice while out on the lake. It is very easy to navigate the buttons and it looks sharp too! Nice to have a radio in the boat again.

Was an ok radio but it stopped working after only like 6 months of use. Just randomly wouldn't turn on and I verified it was getting power. Will probably buy something else and hope it lasts
