I like the taste and it seems to work well.

This product arrived on time and looked exactly as promoted. Packaged well, nice slightly sweet yet tart in flavor. Unfortunately after using it every night for a week, there was nothing that proved to me it worked as advertised. That doesn't mean it's ineffective to all users, but as a diagnosed insomniac, it didn't help me fall asleep any faster. My best suggestion is try and see if it works for you.

I got this last week and have used it for 5 nights in a row now. Personally, I love the taste, but more importantly, I keep it on my nightstand and spray as I get into bed. I've been sleeping great! I like that I can customize how many sprays I need on any given night. I've also used in the middle of the night when I couldn't get back to sleep after waking up. Nice product overall and will be easy to travel with if I need due to size.

I used it before bed the other night and fell asleep quickly. Next night I didn't need it before bed, but woke up at 2am and couldn't get back to sleep. Bottle isn't much bigger than a pen and I put it next to my bed. Took a few sprays and it put me back asleep. Helped shut down my mind, etc which is usually what gives me problems getting to sleep.Very cool option as opposed to taking a pill before bed or worse, having to get out of bed in the middle of the night to take a pill to get back to sleep. I barely had to move to grab the spray.Will be good to bring for hotels or planes if I start traveling again, as I usually can run into problems falling asleep in unfamiliar environment. The size of the spray makes it easy to throw in a bag with my toothpaste, etc.

Don’t waste your time. This doesn’t do anything except give you a sour taste I’m your mouth and a quiver from the sour.

Not sure how they formulated this, but works for me like a charm every night. Love the taste, just like a raspberry. I take it before bed but also keep next to me in case I'm up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep. You may not need the full dosage, so just see what's right for you after you start it.

I have always had trouble falling asleep. This is a great spray to help me fall asleep. After about 7-8 sprays I start to doze off. I dont feel groggy in the morning either, like I do with regular melatonin pills. I will say the taste is too tart/sour. I wish it didnt have that flavor. other then that highly recommend!

I have had issues sleeping for years and have tried a lot of over-the-counter products, with little success. I am not sure what is in this or if it is the combination of natural ingredients but it actually WORKS! And it tastes good as well. I typically take about 3-4 squirts and lay down. It kicks in about 30 minutes or so.
