Works, but overpriced for the amount.
I have now finished this tube and cannot say I am prepared to invest in more ,as I am still to figure out if it was worth it and if it was a lot better than the cheaper alternatives I had used before. There is a cooling effect and it does require a bit of massaging to let it absorb fully, but it is not oily and satiny that you would expect a massage gel to be like, so...I have a bad back, and one wrong move makes my muscles cramp quite a bit, so I am always after a cooling gels and other ointments, which is why I thought this would be my solution. I have to say that while it did offer some relief, it was not that amazing to justify the price tag. Sorry.

Doesn't relieve pain, and not good for massage as it's dry & sticky
+ Feels cool upon application+ Nicely soothing for legs on heatwave days- Expensive- Need to use a lot to get any cooling effect- Doesn't relieve pain, just mildly soothing for a few minutes- Not good for massage as it dries up within a minute or so- Sticky residue left behind- Annoying having to screw a cap on when you've got gel on your hands, should be a flip capWouldn't buy this myself. A pot of Tiger Balm would do more, for less ££.

Very expensive for 125ml tube
Got this for my mother and she's been using this gel few times a week on her knees. According to her she is feeling better than before. Easy to apply and absorb really well. Recommend dose is 2 to 3 times a day but I think that's little too much. Tube is only 125ml for £34.95 which is very expensive and if you use this gel 2 to 3 times daily then this tube will only last few days.Overall no significant difference but it's working.

Ok but not exactly massage ‘able’
This is a decent enough product, I have a developing frozen shoulder that I am really struggling with, so hoped this would be a godsend. It has a nice cooling feel when it is being applied, but the thing is, it absorbs quite quickly, so isn’t what I would call a massage product. I think it offers some pain relief, but I put it on before bed in the hope that some of the worst pain will reduce with it, as my shoulder pain is worse at night. I don’t know if there is any pain relief from the product, the rubbing it in or the going to sleep, so I can’t 100% attribute it to the gel - but I am hoping it does something as it is not a cheap product and I am desperate for an improvement in my shoulder.

Overpriced
This massage gel is a nice smooth consistency and is does have a cooling effect on the skin. However this soon wears off with the friction of massage and im not sure if there are really any lasting effects. This is very expensive and i dont feel there is much benefit compared to much cheaper massage gels to be honest.

MIGHT BE OK BUT THINK CAREFULLY WHAT TYPE OF REMEDY YOU REALLY NEED.
Miracle MediGel Advanced Joint Massage Gel with Nano Technology 125mlFirstly I believe the success or otherwise depends on the management of the expectations of the users. That means what the manufacturer and their advertising agents tell us what their product will do for us....and how accurate.Calling this “Miracle MediGel” and pricing it at 125ml for £34.99 paints a certain picture as a cure for all our aches and pains that in truth are many and varied. The success of this gel therefore depends on whether it meets the expectations of those suffering from such an extensive list of ailments. For some it will be a help but I regret to say for many it will have little effect other than a temporary benefit from the massage.I requested this gel to test as my wife suffers from arthritis in her knees and has been using 5% ibuprofen gel which as we know is clear and only gives a temporary relief. She has used the Miracle MediGel now for 14 days and initially reported some mild relief from the cooling effect. She feels that perhaps the type of pains she suffers may not be that cured by this gel but there is nothing to qualify the limitations that clearly apply, and thus our expectations. The main benefit my Wife thinks comes from the prolonged massage required to fully rub it in, much longer than other gels and that might just be the secret. The script on the listing says to use it 3 to 4 times each day which is often a requirement for such products. Whilst this might give the maximum beneficial effect, it is not always a practical solution unless the area does not need clothes removed. It also means that your 125ml will not last very long and at £34.99, makes it very expensive especially for perhaps only limited results.Perhaps there are some complaints that this “Miracle” gel will give some relief, so it would be wrong to dismiss it out of hand. However it is, in my opinion, a little false to call it a miracle cure for clearly it is not. There are many massage products available at a fraction of the £35 required to try this, especially if your aches and pains just need that sort of attention.

It was OK
I suffer from back pain and pain in my knees so was looking for something to help when I have flare ups. I liked the consistency of this gel. It goes on nicely, takes a while to rub in and doesn't feel sticky. Noticed some pain reducing effects but nothing special. I've had cheaper gels from the supermarket that last longer. It must also leave a residue on the skin as I couldn't get my sports tape to stick some time after application. Overall an OK product but really not worth the hefty price tag
