First I have to say that they have a really good costumer service, which is important.Now, the wax it has pros and cons: It will hold your hair all day and leave no visible residues. The bad part is your hair doesn't feel "natural" and when you want to wash your hair it won't come out, I had to use my shampoo twice and after that my hair still was feeling a little bit sticky.So, your hair will look natural but won't feel that way. Sadly for me that's a deal-breaker but if what you want is your hair to stay they way you want it, go for it.
