Bye Bye Nike. Hello Skechers!!!
The Skechers GoWalk Performance are incredibly lightweight, comfortable AND affordable. I love all the width options. More color options would be great too. As a lifelong Nike loyalist, I’ll never go back, especially after they rewarded Colin Kapernick for disrespecting our country. Skechers is my new favorite go-to athletic shoe. Thanks Skechers!

Like walking on a cloud!!
I honestly don't know where to begin with how truly comfortable these shoes are. They are a godsend. I work in a hospital, and am on my feet all day. These have truly saved my life. They are the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. Sketchers has really stepped up their game and become a tough contender for great-looking comfortable shoes. They also provide great traction. You won't slide around at all on these shoes, especially on a waxed floor.Best feeling shoe I've ever worn.Easy to put on.Very unique look. I've gotten countless compliments on this.Fits perfectly.I don't have enough good things to say about this shoe. I will say I primarily wear these indoors, so I can't vouch for their outdoor stability. But if you are on your feet a lot, indoors, and need a comfortable shoe, then I highly highly HIGHLY recommend these shoes. You won't regret it!!

Don’t listen to the “too small” reviews.
These shoes are EXTREMELY comfortable. It’s like walking on clouds. Only thing that I messed up on, was I listened to the reviews saying that these run small. They don’t. I ordered a 14 because I usually wear a 13 and the 14 is a true 14. I love them but I wish I got my actual size and didn’t listen to customer reviews.

Heel cup breaks and injures your foot
Since 06/2015 I've gone through 10 pairs of Skechers. I wear them daily in my FL pressure washing business, so it's important to note that I wear them about 6 hrs/day 5 days/week and that they are ALWAYS wet. They usually last about 6-8 months. There seem to be several Skecher models that all look alike but have different names. My first 2 pairs had true gel soles, but they must have switched to the memory foam after that. I preferred the gel sole but the memory foam is comfortable, especially considering that I'm on concrete all day. This last purchase I bought the "Go-Max" model because the insole seemed like it would offer more support. Unfortunately I bought 2 pairs since I got them at a good price, but they both only lasted about 6 wks/ea. The problem is the Go-Max has a thin plastic heel cup that cracks then the sharp edges stick you in your heel, making them unwearable. All other parts of the shoes were still holding up well. I did notice after the fact that the Persistent model has elastic material on the sides which the Go-Max does not, which makes the Go-Max a bit harder to slip your foot into, especially when wet, resulting in crushing the heel cup while putting them on. Note that I've never had this problem with the 8 pairs of the Persistent model, which I've gone back to. All-in-all nice shoes, but for me this model does not work.

Great if you can get them on...
I love Skechers. I have many pairs of their shoes. This one is not my favorite. the "tongue" part of the shoe is so long I have to use a shoe horn to get mine on. Once they are on, they are very comfy. Today, I tried to wear them with socks and couldn't make it happen because the opening is just so small to fit your foot through, its folding up the shoe heel or tongue trying to get them on. Thumbs down for this particular style. Maybe if you're going sockless...

Very Light and Comfortable XW Shoe
These are just as comfortable and form fitting as the similar black ones I bought a week before. Just another not, these are very wide shoes. If you do not have a wide foot do not buy these they will be loose and most likely uncomfortable.

Foam-rubbery sole, zero (or near zero) arch support
First of all, I have three pair of Skechers and I love them but, these Max Athletic Air Mesh are not one of them. I tried three pair of these thinking the problem was size but, it wasn't and consequently I had to send all three back. Here's why: First of all, we all know what "rubber" is and also what "foam rubber" is. Rubber is heavy and substantial and what most athletic shoes have as their sole. Foam Rubber is light. To accomplish making these shoes light and "airy" it appears they manufacture the soles out of more foam-rubbery-like material. Think of a flip-flop or beach sandal rubber. Ok, so what's the big deal... that makes the shoe lighter, right? Stick with me. Second, there is zero (or near zero) arch support. Ok, perhaps some people are good with that but, not me. No arch support means tired legs and feet (at least for me) after a while. Again, this flat, or near zero support, is very beach sandal-like in the construction. Finally, you throw in a light mesh top, which is fine UNLESS you have a light-weight sole and zero arch support. Then you find yourself sort of moving around in the shoe regardless of the size. And I tried three sizes. Sigh. These may be good for some people and I hope they are a winner for Skecher since I know a lot of thought went into making these shoes but, they are not for me.

Poor heal grab.
Very disappointed with these shoes. The heal back sling isn’t high enough or inward enough so the shoes slip up and down as you walk. I can imagine how sore my heal would get even after a short distance. Theres absolutely no elasticity either resulting in the need of a shoe horn to get them on. That puts even more strain on the heal section as it stretches the material backwards causing an even looser fit on your heel. The material is virtually see-through so even a puddle or a short shower would soak through to your skin.Returned forthwith. Can’t understand all those five stars. Little wonder Amazon has a poor reputation for bogus or misleading revues.

Wrong size
I ordered size 10 UK and size 9 UK arrived in a size 10 box. I got them cheap so I kept them and gave them to my brother who has smaller feet. he loves them. Very comfortable. Not much use to me though. It was costing over 10 euros to return them. They would have been perfect if the size was right

It's like walking on clouds
I am a recent convert to Sketchers. I have to say, these are amazingly comfortable. It really does feel like youre walking on clouds because of the memory foam inside. They are a little on the pricey side, but certainly not a rip off. I am on my second pair... and when these are ready for the shoe graveyard in the sky, I will certainly be buying further pairs in the future. Mega-comfortable, easy to put on and get off... what more could you want from a pair of trainers/shoes

A good fit for a narrow foot
I bought them as I needed slippers and have found that Skechers are more comfortable and fit better than traditional slippers. I am happy with the new purchase as they are comfortable, can be slipped on easily but do not slip off and make a change after wearing traditional shoes for several hours. These are ideal for the narrower foot. The only negative is that they lack the softness of previous Skechers I have bought but they do provide support and this is of greater importance.

The most comfortable shoes in the world!
If Skechers Go Walk aren't the most comfortable shoes on the planet, I'd like to know what's better! My third pair, and it's literally like walking on air. Excellent fit, great value for money ( I bought them on offer!) and fast delivery.Highly recommended.
