My new every day coffee
I’m not a professional coffee reviewer so I can’t write about all the nuances they do. What I can say is that I bought this coffee because I like the mission of the company (help small eco-friendly farmers) and was pleasantly surprised at how much I like the coffee.Taste: It’s very smooth, without some of the bitter bite of some coffees. It’s a medium roast, so it doesn’t have the burnt flavor of darker roasts. The flavor is right down the middle in terms of strength (this is where I’m supposed to talk about notes of almond and dark chocolate or something), not too weak, not too powerful. Just right - for me at least.Value: Quite good. Usually these smaller eco-friendly brands are more expensive but this is a pretty reasonable price for two pounds.Con: I wish the bag was resealable, but I just put a chip clip on it and it’s fine. Conclusion: The coffee is very good and I like supporting brands like this if the product is good and the price is reasonable. My new every day coffee

Delicious coffee with dominant aroma!
So, before anything, I love Colombia coffee and I was also very excited to try this. The pack is bigger than usual items you find since it is a 2lb bag. After opening the bag, the smell was really dominant and strong. The flavor is great, and fairly strong. The coffee is also USDA organic and vegan, gluten free and keto friendly if these are important to you. The serving is noted to be two tablespoons for a cup. It is suggested on the pack to finish the coffee a month after opening it. Since it is at least double the size of normal coffee packs I get, I am not sure how realistic it is to use within a month only. I also prefer to rotate the coffee flavors I drink every day, which makes it impossible to finish in a month.Pros:1- Good flavor with good aroma. 2- USDA organic. 3- The price for the coffee is decent based on the amount in the package.Cons: 1- The packaging is not convenient and not resealable unlike many similar coffee items. 2- I personally think that this coffee is more of a dark roast than medium. I like my coffee light or medium roast. Even though this one was still good, but the taste is more like dark roast to me.Overall, the coffee tastes pretty good and has a very dominant aroma. You would enjoy it if you are a fan of medium to dark roast coffee.

Lovely organic health and environment-conscious medium roast, and flavored coffee.
GOODSAM - Organic Arabica ground coffee that is flavored with chocolate and other goodies. NON GMO, direct trade, vegan, gluten free, Keto friendly, regenerative farming - 32 oz size. I make all my coffees into iced drinks. I make them very strong, and I barely detect an acid taste. It is there because of the strength of this coffee, and another expensive roast I got from a coffee house in Big Bear has the same tendency. I love coffee. Coffees might have some inherent health benefits, but are still not as ideal. This type is okay for me. For one thing, I do not care for intense strength coffees which might seem strange, but medium strength roasts do not have an overpowering effect, or necessarily a problem for me with indigestion. I was wondering about that, since I do not usually check the label that closely and choose based on flavoring. This one has essencess of delicious flavorings that give it a mellowness that might not necessarily be.The price is worth it. The expiration appears to be a year from the date on the package. This is a large package that fits well into my freezer door. I got rid of my older ground coffees - like a similarly flavored one, as well as a Hawaiian one. They need to retire. I realize some suiggest fto not freeze coffees. However, I do package it well, trying to not let too much air stay in the plastic wrap. This is a nice change for me. I usually buy from a novelty store. I paid more per cup for the other ones than for this one. I used a small, electric drip coffeemaker today. I am doing this to see if I can get a better result than in my premium capsule coffeemaker. I love to use these travelling because they work well, and I can just pour in a lot of ground coffee in the cone, making it adjusted to my tastes.I have had better coffees, but hard to gauge, because of how I use no measuring device to just freely eye the amount I use. I will pay for this and look for similar types in the future. This is a tightly packaged item. Not easy to open which is a plus.Enjoy!

Good medium roast coffee, though lacking personality
An organic Arabica coffee with beans from Colombia, this medium roast ground coffee has a nice, fruity aroma upon opening the rather large two pound bag. The ground appeared fine enough for an espresso machine, which is what I used. Brewing the coffee produced a moderate crema that dissipated fairly quickly. I tend to favor coffees with a thick, long-lasting crema. I find them usually a decent precursor to determining the richness and flavor of a coffee, and even the suitability of the grind to the nature of the coffee bean. It's not fool-proof and there are often exceptions, but it seems to work more often than not.In this case the crema was fairly thin and devoid of much flavor. The coffee liquor itself was flavorful and moderately complex but lacking in the kind of depth that makes a coffee memorable. It struck me as a fairly typical Colombian Arabica: a bit on the light side, with a reasonably elegant flavor profile featuring hints of wine, hazelnuts, toffee and cacao. None of these flavors are particularly robust, but they all give the coffee a well-rounded and balanced flavor with a pleasant astringency and no real bitterness to speak of. If you prefer coffee that's a bit on the lighter side without being a light roast, this one may very well fit the bill.
