Great trainer. Wearing this makes me feel so slim yet comfortable in my tight blue dress I love. Love the material and fit. I am shorter and it tends to have a longer torso, but I am still completely happy wearing this. I feel way more confident in it :)

Im 5’5 and weigh 180lbs I got a medium and it was too loose, if you like a good compression and wanna see results, get it one size down. Very comfortable and easy to use though

Kind of disappointed by this product. So I set a lot for my occupation and this thing keeps rolling up and bunching up only in one section but maybe it’s because I’m very fat I’m not sure anyways I wish the Velcro would stick to one part of an area that I want it instead of sliding up to one section of my body. Overall it does feel like I’ve been eating less which is great and I love the fact that it has three different levels to it and I kind of wish the straps were a little bit different but they’re good the durability on it is pretty good it’s pretty strong. The comfortability on it is roughly OK on it but overall it’s a good product just as long as it doesn’t slide too much in one section .

It came quick. I haven’t tried it on yet so I’ll update later but for now, the material seems breathable but strong. I’m excited to try it on.Update: I love the way it fits. I feel like I can tell it slowly starts to train your actual waist so I have seem a slight change in my shape in my body without wearing it after a month. Still think it’s a great buy!

Although what I ordered was a size too small. The material was rough and you can feel the boning through the material. Maybe it could have a little more padding around the boning wire so that you dont feel it.

I really like this waist trainer. I have a roll on my back/sides- and I was on the hunt for a waist trainer with a full back. This one is perfect, as it is indeed a full back. Not a razor back like a lot of others. I also like the fact it has 6 rows of eyes & hooks... as well as 2 velcro belts to pull as tight as you can stand. This one also is a great length for me as I have a little lower belly I needed to covered. So between my back roll and my pooch (no fupa😂) Im covered completely. My main concerns are no longer concerns. My only complaint and might be worth considering for yourself. When buying waist trainers, you MUST measure yourself... Correctly. The size chart with this listing was as accurate as I was hoping. I ordered based off my measurements & ended up with one that I've have to replace very soon. I started out on the 5th row of hooks and tmw I'll be on the final row. So I will be ordering a size smaller size. Over all I love it and will def. Love the next one that will snatch me up.

I purchased this product because it indicated it had supports for the back but at best the so called supports are only slightly stiffer fabric than what the rest of it is made of and barely assists with keeping the garment from bunching. I was looking for the back support and something to prevent the fat that gets shifted from being pinched by back braves. For reference I purchased the XL, I have around a 35 inch waist, weigh 170lbs and i'm 5'4, fit was not an issue although the hook and eye closer is a pain in the butt. If you choose to purchase this product just know there is no back support. (if they choose to change the photos, the back support claim was text within the photos at the time of my purchase.

This is definitely THE BEST waist trainer I’ve owned. Shipping was quick and the item is of great, durable quality. It fits perfectly and can be worn for hours without stress! I LOVE IT!!!
