Impact Driver seems high quality; came with nylon bag and 4 of the most popular impact sockets and 5 torque options. Impact Driver seems heavy even without the battery but hope that shows the quality of the impact driver alone. Battery has nice test button for strength level.

I spent a decent amount of money for this for my son for peace of mind changing a tire. We did not use it within the 30 day return period. We tried to use it for the 1st time. It worked for less than 1 minute. I believe the switch is defective. I guess I thought Amazon would stand behind this tool for a reasonable amount of time.

Great product

took lugs off ram pickup with no trouble,changed 6 tires still had almost full charge..torque settings made it easy and faster with final torque with torque wrench..only bad thing maybe down the road is the brushes and maybe having to find new ones to replace them..

Don't get me wrong, this is a capable (for a 20v, non-AC/non-air-driven) impact wrench. But for roughly the same price you can get the Porter-Cable offering (Amazon ASIN: B01M02JSIQ). I have this Porter-Cable and while this reviewed item comes with a set of impact sockets and a carry bag, the Porter-Cable 20v system (and the similar Craftsman offering) is a complete system; meaning, a variety of additional tools and, most importantly, the ability to purchase additional batteries.Also, the porter-cable's rated "power" is slightly higher than this reviewed RIDA offering.Don't get me wrong, this is a nice impact wrench that has some nice features and comes with nice accessories. Feels good in the hand and has good balance. But so do the Porter-Cable and Craftsman offerings. And, importantly, you can't get additional batteries. And, frankly, the brand is an unproven one.Not saying don't get it; only saying that I can't say "go get it." Not when the Porter-Cable and Craftsman offerings cost about the same and are proven tools. I have all three sitting in front of me and this Rida offering comes in third.I don't dislike, but I don't love it. Maybe I'll change my mind, but at this point I'm ambivalent; it's okay. Want me to like it more? Cut the price by $30-35 to make it an attractive alternative to Porter-Cable and Craftsman. Offer extra batteries for sale and at a reasonable price. But I have to rate it at the point we're at and so that means...3 stars.
