Love the carrier despite some description issues I've encountered! In the description it states that there are 3 exterior pockets and there is not. There is only 1 exterior pocket and 2 interior pockets. Another thing I've come across is that it's stated there is a bonus identification tag included and there is not. There is also stated that it comes with a fleece insert and there is not. Then lastly I've only had this carrier a few hours and used the zippers on it a few times testing the product out and the little metal piece that you hold on to guide the zipper open or shut had broken off but there are two zipper pieces per zipper, so it's not a huge deal. Despite all the issues it is still a good carrier listed at a great price. It will serve the purpose it's intended for. I love the half zipper so that I can interact with my pet without opening the carrier and it's much safer. I would have loved this even more if there was like a leash attachment for the inside like a extra saftey thing so when your opening the carrier your pet is attached by a small safety leash thing in the inside. This did come with a small leash and harness just like the one shown in the pictures. It fits purrrfectly for my 9 month old kitten.

Love, love this lil carrier!! I got the medium size carrier for my 7-pound Chihuahua so he can breathe and move around! He loves the opening on the other end and loved the scenery at the airport when I was lugging him around! Hahaha! I actually used this as his crate at my in-laws house so, I didn't have to bring his other foldable crate and he still sleeps like a baby!! A plus is the free gifts.....the leash and harness collar fit him well! There are buckles clasps where I attached his collapsible bowls during the flight and zipper pouch for his treats too! Also comes with a sturdy pad as well!! Super fast shipping too!! Great product overall! My dog thanks you! 😊

I have a 4 month old ten pound Bengal kitten and he loves this carrier he likes to sleep in it even if we aren't going for bye Byes I'm donating our plastic carrier for needy kitties definitely worth the money thank you 😀
