XVI SUNNY 16Voyager 31L Anti-Theft DSLR Travel Camera Backpack for Men and Women

I’ve been on a quest for a better looking structured camera bag that can actually hold a couple of bodies + lenses. This one is definitely it! It’s cute and very comfortable. And in many ways it’s ideal.But I just got it and took it on a trip and despite the many compliments I’ve received on it…it’s falling apart. After the first flight the front snap which clasps the front pocket fell off. Then after 3 days both of the zipper tabs on the main pocket fell off making it tough to access my gear. And on top of that the stitching’s already giving way after 4 days. That’s pretty bad. Especially for the price.Overall not a good purchase because silly me—I need to safely access my gear and not have my camera bag fall apart after less than a week.***UPDATE***Sunny 16's customer service actually reached out to me pretty quickly after I left this review. They were very apologetic and kind. We came up with a resolution together. They agreed to send me replacement parts and told me how to install them. But they never actually sent the parts. I've reached out to their customer service a number of times after that to follow up but they never respond. I definitely would not recommend this product.***UPDATE #2***Sunny 16 finally reached back out to me again with the replacement parts--almost one year later. They did not communicate with me at all during that time despite my attempts at reaching them. I bumped them up by 1 star from 2 stars because they did finally come through on the lifetime warranty. They explained that they could not get replacement prats due to supply chain issues. I totally understand that but why didn't they simply communicate that before? They left me hanging. Then once they finally sent the parts they asked me multiple times to give them 5 stars. Not only does that come across as desperate but how does not fixing the problem for almost a year warrant 5 stars? Not kidding--because I was unable to zip the bag all the way due to the default in the zippers I literally dumped my bag of 2 bodies + lenses out on the streets of Mexico. Thankfully my co-worker was behind me and as soon as I felt something "off" on my back I asked her to grab my backpack so she was able to catch the equipment as it tumbled out. Sorry Sunny 16; it would be unethical at this point for me to give you 5 stars.

I’ve had this bag for 7 months and the snaps fell off! The bag is not used regularly because I’m just a hobby photographer. I did not even take it for traveling because I have a bag with wheels for that purpose? I wish I could get a response from the seller for this defective bag!

The bag I received had the consistency of dried wet canvas, hard, stiff, and wrinkled.The front top flap was very hard to close and put the strap through.Why not use the same magnetic buttons used on the lower front pockets below?Size was good, and set up was good.I returned mine.Unfortunate, as I thought it was going to be much better as per the videos!

Wonderful quality and great purchase!!I got this for my boyfriend for his birthday and it was so hard to find a bag that would check all of my boxes but this passed with flying colors!The canvas material is very sturdy and durable. The interior quality is fantastic and well put together.So much storage and room for all of his camera equipment!! Great buy for sure!

This just wasn’t large enough for my basic camera gear.

I love this bag! I purchased this bag just before going on a Photo Workshop to California's Big Sur. Let me tell you that it held up perfectly on the rough rocks, sea spray and I was able to get to my gear easily.

Lots of room, my gear is secure and accessible from the top side or the camera access slot. Ready to travel with this bag in comfort.

All my camera equipment fits!

It’s a nice looking backpack however it is a little rigid and not the most comfortable. Also the zippers are a little stiff when going around a corner. I love the thought that went into the anti theft features. Can’t find such features on any other bag and I’ve searched. Thanks again and sorry but I’m returning it.
