As a hairstylist that specializes in silk presses, I was excited to use this flat iron but soon learned that while it smooths the hair well, it is way too bulky for me to get close to the roots. Hopefully the come out with a thinner version.

I bought two ironed from you. One for my client, and one for my client to use at home, seeing as I have to do house calls on her when she or her husband is ill and can’t get out. Both of us have experienced the same feelings with our flatirons. They are hard on the hair and pull the hair, as well as not really making her hair silky soft like the exact same iron that I borrowed from my hairdresser friend. I loved hers. Very solid and heavy. Ours seemed lightweight and cheap! I would like to send these back and get my money back. The reason it took so long for me to Contact you, is because I was hoping the iron would get better. When I went to my clients house, she said she was having the exact same problems. I would like to return these two irons and yet my money back. Thank you very much

I feel like my iron was a reject iron that got put on Amazon. As a professional, I know better than to purchase professional products off of Amazon, but I did it anyways 🤦🏾‍♀️. The plates don’t close seamlessly, so the hair doesn’t get as straight as I would like for it to.

Dommage... j'ai reçu un produit reconditionné (payé au prix d'un produit neuf!) qui ne s'allume pas et ne chauffe pas. Impossible de l'utiliser, quelle perte de temps. Grosse déception!
