Arrived in a bubble wrap envelope with no damage and was happy to see it had a bell on it. Presented to the new addition of our household with some fanfare, clipped off the uncomfortable looking shelter collar, and (after some figuring on which setting was a comfortable "two finger wiggle room" fit) buckled it in place. Just to emphasize their displeasure with the old one, our usually sedate little darling attacked the old one and looked very satisfied over this new one. Was rewarded later when she came to snuggle me and purr her appreciation. Even made a couple of kitty biscuits for me ❤.Was attracted to this brand collar for their thoughtful approach to their product, placing value on both quality and care. It's been vegan dyed to cut down on bad reactions for sensitive types - which means all collars should probably be vegan dyed! Had noticed some scratching in the collar area and hope having something as comfortable and as safe for irritated skin as is available on the market will help the situation. Our new family member has been a delight and whoever it was that messed up so bad they had to surrender her can rest easy knowing this one has caring people to look after her needs.

This is a well-made little item and looks very sporty on my white cat with black ears and a black tail. It has an elastic section that is supposed to save my cat's life if she becomes impaled on a fence post. I hope the manufacturer used a durable elastic; if not, the elastic will go long before the white leather collar.

Really sturdy, easy to work with although it's a bit small.

It's elastic, so it's stretchy, but that elastic will NOT BREAK if you put 10lbs of pressure on it. So if your animal gets stuck somewhere they can still accidentally hang themselves. I took it off of my pet the second that I realized this.

Bought this to replace our Petsafe invisible fence cat collar. Needed something for our cat that was not nylon. Punched holes in it for the unit and it is perfect.

Good quality, a bit big for our 10wk old kitten. A lot whiter than expected, it looked more grey in the picture.

This is the traditional leather collar with an elastic strip I've been looking for !!! The 12-in size is of a generous cut, and my kitty accepted it without any problem. Don't bother with the flimsy plastic safety latch-type collars ... this is the best collar offered by Amazon, bar none.

High quality! Great color (pink)! Plus, it has the breakaway elastic feature! My cat is small but it fits him comfortably on its smallest setting.

My cat is too clever for most safety collars. She can pop the clasps in a few minutes with her teeth. This collar's design with the metal pin clasp solved that issue. The elastic built into to band allows her to pull her head out if it gets snagged.

The description says that it is 'break away' but it is not. There's a bit of elastic but it does not break away at all so will not serve its purpose. Also the description on the tag says to, "wear under supervision". Seriously? Like I'm going to supervise my cat while it has this collar on? You put a collar on your cat specifically for when you are not supervising them.Poor product.
