Very good company!
One of the original ballasts that I bought went bad after about seven months of use. Nonetheless, this company stands by their customers. When I contacted Xentec they swiftly sent me a replacement ballast. The ballasts they sent me this time was actually better quality than the one I had purchased last year. Being that it was better quality, it provided more power, and actually made my one light brighter than the other. When I let Xentec know about this, they sent me another high-quality ballast with no trouble at all. This company stays true to their customers!

Stopped working after only 1 week of use
Exactly as advertised. Very easy installation.*** UPDATE as of 12-28-2021 ***It only worked for a week and it burnt out. Tried the same bulb on the other ballast that I haven’t replaced yet and it’s not the bulb. Spend the extra money and get a quality product- not this.

Easy HID conversion item
This is great for the price and easily replaced a ballast that blew out or was burned and warped from incorrect placement. The only problem I had was not related to the product itself but was related to the starte problems that occur with HIDs and cold weather. I'll reinstall in spring.

They are cheap so they have that going for them and they do work and the HID is bright and bad ass if you don't have HID lights this is about as cheap as you can go to get into an HID setup....... that being said I bought many of them the second round. I went through about 1 per year. Finally broke down and just bought an entire new HID headlight.They were very bright and are fully ready to go in about 15 seconds.The plastic clips will snap off after a year of them not being in a package so the connections will not be snug. Black electrical tape works well to hold them in place but I just got over this stuff and bought new headlights.

Hey just wanted to let you guys know that I have been using this HID ballast for about 1 year they work really good even have them connected to my fog lights the reason i ordered some more was becuase my Little brother got his first car and i got them for that reason and for my use they are perfect they have a good lighting vision and they work way better than the stock headlights... And ones again thank you for your good quality Ballast

Good deal for your dollar
They have been in my car about a month or 2 now worked every time, great deal for the money. Will definitely order these again if I have any issues in the future
