Get a charcoal grill instead
Regulator is dumb, doesn't work on 1-2-3. Instead you have to go all the way to the highest setting and work with that. Trying to go down has no effect, switches off when you reach setting 3.Not worth the purchase. Am using it now as a standby emergency hot plate to warm up frozen foods or to boil water.
