Honestly, a lot of cheap cams are able to record excellent videos during the bright day, but only the superior quality stands out for the night recording. I have tried a lot of dashcam before settling down on this product.Driving during the normal day, no surprise is found which is normal for most cams. But not until driving in a dark night, the video recording is surprisingly clear with no halo influence, the images recorded by its 6 IR in-car camera are very clear & bright like recording under a sunny day. No wonder Sony sensor is the king equipped in the cam.Its cameras can cover the inside and outside of my car with no distortion image. No problem found on connecting the system to the battery for 24/7 surveillance. The mirror is truly IPS & responsive with no reflection noted.I contacted the seller directly at service.wolfbox with gmail for the hardware kit availability, and a reply was received that it will be available soon, good for monitoring my car battery level.

I ordered this product for the 3-channels and based on the reviews. I received the system on the day as promised but since Amazon didn't ship to Mexico I had to wait until my wife returned from the US to receive the system. I followed the instructions and assembled the system prior to the installation. Upon testing, everything worked except the rear camera so suspecting the camera or the extension cable was bad I contacted Technical Support. I was immediately contacted by Mia who offered to send me a new camera and extension cable immediately. Living in Mexico was a problem with shipping cost, so the only shipping option was to ship it to the original address and wait until I had a friend coming to Mexico. Mia decided to do try a few things and see if we could get the rear camera working. She sent some installation pictures and suggested I make sure the three-part data/power cable type c connector was plugged in correctly into the display since it can be plugged in either way. We found that I had reversed the connector and once corrected all cameras worked. I have purchased a lot of items from Amazon, but I can say that I have never received better customer service than I received with this camera. Mia was very courteous and patient with me throughout the troubleshooting process. I have included the picture that she sent for plugging the cable correctly.

Dashcam works amazing so far. Definitely value for money and communication has been excellent with the seller.

The media could not be loaded.  Just stop working after professional hook up didn't even have for 90 days bought Aug 17th 22 =( really sad was happy at first. It don't come with a lighter charger so you can't trouble shoot. You get the hard whire kit. Don't by another SD like me it comes with one. Then they do t want to help you. Then yhea professional installation and there gunna pickup up for refund but. How the. Heck do i take it all apart and give them everything With cords etc. This is horrible and response is return item for refund and they don't have an option they need item before they can process. I don't have tons of money 😕 nor the brightest but I do not think this is fair nor right at all. And I live in hawaii. An there supose to send someone to pick up tomrrow. I really don't think this is possible on the big island. So to anyone that luves out of states or HI or Alaska do not but this product or anything from Amazon. That's is expensive because no one will help in the end. Sad =(

In total, I've had this camera for about 3 months, and for some context, I installed it in my camper van I currently live in and have been renovating for the last year, so my demands for this camera were quite high given how frequently I'm driving every day.That said, installing the camera was straightforward, albeit time-consuming and tedious given the length of the camera cables I had to manage, and running the rear camera to the back was the most laborious, but I got it done without much hassle.The video quality is very good, and between the wide angle of the camera and the blind-spot mirrors on my side-view mirrors, I had all my blind spots covered when I was on the highway, so I was very happy about that. At night it was a little difficult to tell how far behind me cars were given I only had their headlights to gauge their distance, but I could definitely still see them, so I think that's more so a reality of physics and not a poor camera.The same can be said of the internal and forward-facing cameras, but truth be told, 99% of my use of the system was for the rear camera.That said, the biggest gripe I have with this system, is it just didn't work for long. In the first week, the camera stopped turning on, no matter what I tried. Unplugging the power, the cameras, and plugging them back in, holding down the reset button, petting the view screen and calling it sweet names, nothing turned it back on... Until one day it decided to turn back on, and everything was fine.It worked wonderfully, and I was really confused because I didn't know why it stopped in the first place or started back up, but that lasted for about a month and a half until it randomly starting turning off again, until today when it finally just decided to stop trying, well outside the return window for the camera.Is it frustrating? Yes. Do I hate the product? Yes. Would I recommend it? Absolutely not.The biggest frustration is that I had the hardware kit installed to power the thing, but now that I'm getting rid of it (regardless of whether or not I get a new one), I may have to replace that hardware kit with another, or hope the other camera system can use the same one.It could happen, but I'm supremely doubtful.So my rant is done. Stay away from this camera if your demands are high like mine. It'll work, and it likely works for many, but quality control is clearly not where the company is focusing their production efforts.

I must say I've had a fabulous experience with Wolfbox and their customer service department. They are a credit to the Chinese industry!I was cautious about placing my order for a Chinese made dash cam and worried about its quality, what with the stories one hears about the Chinese industry imports. I could have paid, a lot, more for a branded dash cam but decided to give Wolfbox a go.It started well as the G880 dashcam I received was a really good bit of kit. It worked straight out of the box and felt like food quality.After a small amount of time though, it started to fail. I presumed a loose connection at first but I couldn't get it to work.So I contacted Wolfbox, through Amazon, and they responded really quickly with a positive message.They suggested sending out a replacement part and trying that. It didn't work. So they sent out another replacement unit. Still didn't work (properly) but I could get the majority of the camera things to work but it still wasn't right. So I contacted them again and they offered to send out an entire new, complete, system. They also said, if I could just hang on a little while longer, they have an updated version coming out (The G890) so I waited for it and I've now had it a little while and I think it's fantastic.Greet product, good quality and straightforward to fit.Above all else though the customer service experience has been greatThanks Wolfbox and well done

Very good product totally worth the investment... It gives me pease of mind knowing my car has an extra security feature. Also the reversing camera feature increases my availability to park in tight spots. Great video quality... I could be happier when I got 20% discount in my car insurance thanks to this dash cam system.

Camera does what is supposed todo,sound can appear bad when watch video on camera but when sd card placed to pc or phone sound quality is good.Recommended installation by specialist all 3 cameras works perfect.
