My dentist recommended getting a guard from their office, for clenching my teeth while I sleep, which would have been $2,000. I came across this and decided I would try it. This guard feels very durable, comfy, and fit perfectly. I would absolutely recommend! It took about 2.5 weeks from sending the impression to getting the guard and it was well worth the wait. The instructions were easy to understand and they send you 2 impression kits in case you mess up the first one.

I put off getting a custom night guard for years thinking it was going to be a PITA but the process with Sweetguard couldn't have been any simpler. You get a kit with enough materials to do 2 imprints in case you mess up (if you can close your mouth, you can do an imprint... It's easy), you send them a photo for a blessing, mail it off in a self addressed, stamped pouch and a few days later...a custom guard comes.The result? I love mine. It fits like a glove. Very thin and strong and comfortable. I put it in a retainer cleaner machine every day so it stays nice and clean. I highly recommend this product.

I thought this might be one of those items on Amazon with inflated positive reviews but figured I would try them anyways. I’m happy to report this seller is legit and the product is great! I have had the worst experience at the dentist getting impressions taking and it makes me gag so much since my molars are so far back and it’s very tight back there. I also hate having someone else shove their fingers in my mouth. I had zero issues at home taking my impression and the impression material is much firmer so it stays in the mold really well and doesn’t slide down your throat or squish everywhere and it was far easier than I thought. I messed up my first by not pushing it far enough back to get all my teeth but they give you two sets to try. You can email them with photos of the impression and if needed they will send more. Luckily my second was approved, I mailed it off, and within a week had my new guard. Fits perfectly and it doesn’t seem to make my TMJ worse like the OTC guards and is so much cheaper than my dentist. Love that I can get a discount for a second guard and not have to redo the impression. Overall a fantastic experience! I ordered the hybrid one for my first and a hard one for my second since I wanted to see which one works best.

I really needed this mouth guard after my previous one of 20 years broke. I was having pain in my jaw and mouth. This process duplicated what I had experienced in the dentist's office, and the final product fits well and is very comfortable at night. The instructions are very good. I did wait too long for the first imprint, so pay attention to the seconds as the mold sets up quickly. The second mold turned out perfectly. Thanks so much!

I’ve been wearing various nightguards for about 25 yrs. I crushed my last expensive dentist guard within a month of use. I bought the Sweetguard lower 2mm soft two years ago. It still fits great and is not damaged. I’m replacing just because it’s getting discolored. It’s very comfortable. I love the soft feel and having a lower guard means that you still can have normal speech and smile while wearing it. Great for saying goodnight to your sweetie.

Who knew I was an AGRO Grinder? Not going to answer that, but my Dentist says I'm really wearing away at those surfaces and offered to order a $600 custom mouthguard to put an end to it.Of course, that was a LOT of $$$ so I went to Amazon, bought the $25 DIY version and got the quality I paid for. And then went back to Amazon AGAIN, took the time to look at real reviews and decided to try something a whole lot closer to the overpriced custom dental lab guard.Sweetguards had very solid non-bot feedback so I went for it. I was not disappointed. In fact, I am really pleased. The kit for an UPPER mouthguard wasn't cheap at $100+ but it was a whole lot less than the lab. Sweetguards takes you through the entire process carefully and thoroughly. There's even someone you can contact if you have questions about making the mold. There were extra form trays and molding gel. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. When I emailed in the pix of my mold for approval, I was told to just go ahead and use the additional form and molding gel to make another set up and they would choose the best. I like that thoroughness.I popped all back in the prepaid envelope and got my new mouth guard back lickity split! It came with a sturdy storage case, instructions for cleaning and break-in along with an offer to buy a backup at a great discount.This molded plastic guard is rigid, but thin and with just enough flexibility to make a perfect pressure fit. It took me about 30 seconds to forget I had something coving my top teeth. I don't notice it when I go to sleep - but I DO notice when I forget to put it in. I wake up with a sore jaw and a headache.I'm heading back to the dentist next week. It's probably too early to see if the guard has made a difference on the surface of my teeth in this short time but I'm going to ask my dentist to take some notes and we'll see how it looks the next time I go in.I can already tell you, the mouthguard has made a difference in the quality of my sleep which I track. I'm actually now sleeping through the night (when I remember to wear it) which is a HUGE bonus for my overall health! I'm hooked.

Great fit, processed quickly, feels( and appears) like nothing on your teeth.) It works so much better for teeth grinding than all the inexpensive ones I’d bought before.(Make an opaque white one for a whiter smile and I would buy it!)

The custom service was exceptional as my 1st guard wasn't cover my wisdom tooth and too tight for my front teeth, they were quick to respond, and shipped the replacement fast. The new guard fits perfectly and comfortable. Also, it's lightweight yet durable to provide great protection against grinding at night.
