My aunt ask me to buy them for my cousins XV’s to decorate the tables

Great product instead of hats i used it for table decorations for my baby shower

I loved them except having to cut the strings myself to tie them on and not all the holes were punched out completely. They didn't fit adult heads very well, but look great on kids.

These don’t seem to hold together well. I had to place tape along the closure. Also, they stretchy bands are all in one long string. I had such difficulty finding the right length to cut them to, to fit on top of one’s head. So I ran out of the string before I could finish the crowns. Def worth looking around for something else.

The media could not be loaded.  I like the quality there is no glitter mess I did need a lil of bet of more band.

Strings are too short and there's not enough for 24 hats. The person who said they cut 18 inches is mistaken, there's a total of two strings, both are around 90 inches long each. That's a total of 180 inches or 15 feet. If you do basic math before ordering that's 180 divided by 18 inches as the person said and you're left with 10 strings that's for only 10 hats. Divide it further to 9 inches per hat and you have only 20, still not enough. You have to do math to put on a silly hat, cut them AND still punch out the holes.What did you pay for, then? It's only vinyl paper that you have to cut out and put the strings through.I'll make it work but I have to go buy string now. Get something else.

They are cute but I was able to use only 2 because the rest didn't had the hole to put the elastic and it was so difficult to make new holes and the elastic is just one long piece that you need to cut so I was not able to use them.

Poor quality and tiny.
