Apps Crashing very Frequently
I purchased this smart TV after a lot of research on all the available offerings in this budget segment. The reason I chose this TV is that almost all other TV's are very originally smartphone manufacturers and they started the smart TV business recently because of the growing demand and everyone wanted a pie from the market. And many smart TV brands are just using the same display panels and they are just slapping their brand sticker to sell it off.I finally concluded that I will either go for Mi TV or this Acer TV, both of which are within my budget. I understood that Mi TV is very reliable as it has revolutionized the budget smart TV market lately and millions of these TV's are sold and customers are with their purchases - according to the ratings. However, I realised that these TV's are targetting regular users who don't be nitpicking on the smallest details, like the colour and contrast. I found that these TV's are producing over-saturated images - which regular viewers get attracted to it, without bothering about the original colours that were intended by the creators. Then I saw the announcement that Acer will be entering into the market with its smart TV offerings within my budget and I was super excited about this. The reason is that, although it is not a very much renowned brand, it is in the PC Monitor market for a decade at least and does know the display tech. And it did not disappoint with its display, in fact, I was awestruck when I saw the white Acer logo on the black screen as it felt like I was watching an AMOLED screen - because of its high contrast ratio. The blacks are so deep and there was literally no light bleeding. Although I knew it is not a Full HD TV, I was disappointed with the pixel density, but then after using it for a couple of hours, I could not find issues with that as I was so mesmerized with the contrast and accuracy in colour reproduction. Also, I did not get bothered about these thick bezels after my initial usage. And about the Sound, it was not bad. I used the inbuilt speakers for a couple of days and then I plugged my PC speakers into it with the provided 3.5mm jack and it enhanced the sound experience a lot. "Don't fall for the Dolby brandings. These days even some smartphones also getting the Atmos certificate. This doesn't mean that they offer a 3D surround effect from those speakers which are firing away from you. They just get the ability to read the sound input in that Dolby proprietary format delivered through those HDMI Arc/ eArc cables and then finally will deliver it through those down-firing speakers only. The best alternate in the budget is to connect any 2.1 speaker system with the 3.5 mm jack."Now coming to the point where I get frustrated and what motivated me to write this long review is, that almost every time I switch on the TV and use it for 10-15 mins, the Apps start to crash and the TV goes to its home page. This is started happening to our TV since the 3rd week of purchase, and this frequency has increased gradually. Now we completely stopped using the TV for the sake of peace of mind. Now when I look back on the whole experience of TV purchase, I think I underestimated the reliability parameter and did make the mistake of purchasing a product before it is tested by at least 10000 people.

Display Quality is Pakka but not working properly
The media could not be loaded. High Quality videos are playing with good clarity.Sound is enough for a normal hall. Build quality is also good, it has a 3.5MM jack also a optical out that's actually a good one for those who have multiple audio system. UI is bit laggy, maybe fixed after one or two updates. Budget guys can go for it (up to this updated on the 2nd day of purchase). From now on updated after 15 days of use. Display is getting blurred most of the time, first I thought it happens because of poor hdmi cable, later but it also happens in built-in Apps.. looks like it is an software issue..
