The length is just right for an adult sized toy, it's not one of those cheaper small things. For me that was one of the key criteria.Lots of colours to choose, and sounds fonts too. Having read the manual to figure out how to change things, you can click through the sound fonts (each one announced by a sound bite recording which might just be a cheeky snippet from well known films) and the sound effects themselves I think might be cheeky recordings of originals too. I might be wrong about their source, but they do sound very authentic and awesome!.The sounds are clear and audible, even on the lower volume setting, and the whole thing looks cool when you're wielding it about! The motion sensitive sound effects are sensitive and consistent too, perhaps a little too sensitive! You only have to move the hilt a bit and it responds. It's good though as I've found it varies its response depending on how fast you're moving it about so in a duelling fight it hums and responds like the real thing!In comparison to some (I have a bunch of these things by the way! Big kid here) this is a good one, especially as there are so many not-so-good ones in the same price bracket. The hilt on this looks awesome, especially with those little windows around the base of the blade, and is long enough for two adult sized hands, or one handed operation as the balance is actually rather good too.So the cost.... At £82.99 at the time of this review is it worth it? Well, as I suggested above, in comparison to lots of other in the same price bracket this is certainly one of the better ones. The hilt looks awesome, the colours are bright and striking, the length is full on adult sized, the sounds are authentic and really very good indeed, and you can duel with this too!I can't see myself affording this anything other than the full five stars. If you're looking to spend that sort of money on a lightsabre (like I did!) then this is a good one. May the fun be with you, always.

I honestly cannot fault this saber! It arrived well packaged, instructions clear and informative. It's heavier than I expected but honestly it has exceeded my expectations. 100% recommend

Nice design and weight - colour options also good - sound effects were also great when they worked - 48 hours after delivery the sound effects stopped working (yet weirdly the switch off narrative still works when you turn it off). :(

It's perfect for cosplay and light dualing. Blade had a slight rattle even with screws really tight. But it's not that noticeable. Speaker is loud enough but will upgrade to smooth swing eventually. Perfect starter saber

My daughter saved up for this and wasn't disappointed. It is really sturdy and looks and sounds amazing! Well worth the money.

Arrived on time. We'll boxed. The light sabre is good for a starter and sturdy. However all functions are operated through one button. You have to hold the button down for certain functions to work. Can be very frustrating.
