Heavy is a good thing
I have only had this for a day but just the weight of the product told me that it was a good product. I have purchased many of these little charging cubes and they always fail. This one seem solid

Great charger
My preferred charger. There are never enough receptacles when I travel. This replaces several iPad chargers. It has my five star rating.

Started ok, but now stopped working
I bought two of these on January. They worked well at first but since June they have started having intermittent connection to completely fail to charge anything now. I would like to have my money back but there is no way I can do that now.

Returned due to low output
Sadly, you do not get the posted 2.1 amp -- even with a single device plugged in. My guess is that the 2.1 amps is the max total, and is unfortunately, limited to 1 amp per port (even if only 1 port is in use). My phone gave me a warning that the "factory charger" would be a much faster charge. I had never seen my phone give that warning before, and sure enough, I downloaded a charging meter app that showed just a trickle going into the phone. To be fair, they did pay for the return postage, and gave me money back.
