Lived on these for a week in Auvergne while taking a cheesemaking class. They are delicious. The only problem is that my husband ate most of them!

Lovely packaging and individual wrap for (sadly) a mediocre chocolate madeleine
The madeleines are individually wrapped - very good - but the cookie itself is heavy on floor not flavor.What’s most disappointing is the chocolate, which is medium grade at best. It’s in a pocket not on the flutes on the cookie., It improves if you heat it for ten minutes at 250: this just melts the chocolate and the heat improves the cake.
